Wenn Sie mit Old Town Scottsdale nicht vertraut sind, fragen Sie Ihre Freunde und Familie, denn hier möchten Sie sein (Postleitzahl 85251). Zuhause ist Internet / Wifi bereit und hat 24-Stunden-Check-in mit einem Smartlock (kein Schlüssel benötigt). Smart TV W / Kabel in jedem Schlafzimmer. Der Komplex verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftspool, einen Whirlpool, Grillmöglichkeiten und 2 Hundeparks.

Es gilt das alte Sprichwort "Bilder sagen mehr als tausend Worte". Die Bilder sagen wirklich viel über das Zuhause aus. Neben den Bildern haben wir uns darauf konzentriert, zuerst ein 5-Sterne-Gästeerlebnis im Schlafzimmer zu haben, indem wir hochwertige Matratzen, Laken und Kissen ausgewählt haben. Ich lese Kritiken zu Matratzen, Betttüchern und Kissen, die Ihnen eine angenehme Nachtruhe ermöglichen. Ich stellte dann einen Innenarchitekten ein, um dem Haus den "Wow" -Faktor zu verleihen.

Alles ist brandneu, von den Kaffeemaschinen über die Fernseher, die Matratzen, die Möbel bis zum Besteck usw. Dies ist keine "Budget-Ferienwohnung" und ich gebe mein Bestes, um auf die Details zu achten. Ich bin stolz darauf, ein guter Gastgeber zu sein und Ihnen zu helfen, sich in Ihrem Urlaub wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Good Overall
The place was good overall. I have a little bit of an issue with the door code and so I reached out to the host who was extremely rude stating "I literally can't make this any easier for you people". Obviously others have had issues too unless you just stay irritated, perhaps but the secondary lock in a separate location to avoid confusion. Thanks !

Nice condo in a great location
Nice condo community, well kept & clean. Pool was not heated so we did not use but the hot tub was great. The condo is laid out well for a family. Each bathroom has its own bathroom with the downstairs bathroom opening up to living and kitchen area. All rooms have a tv which was nice because we thought the couch and chair in living room were not very comforable for watching TV together. The beds were very comfortable and I especially loved the big soaker tub in Master. The kitchen was equipped ok but we did have to replenish the foil and alot of the spices were empty in spice rack, there was only a 6 in skillet and a few small sauce pans for cooking. We ate out most of the time but for making breakfast and one dinner it made it a bit difficult. The floors are a light color so hard to see dirt, but when wearing our socks they would get pretty dirty so it seemed they were not as clean as they looked. Upon check out we had to be out by 9am which was pretty early compared to most VRBOs and we're instructed to wash all dishes and put them away, empty all trash and take to dumpster and put all used towels in washing machine and start load. I felt like this was alot to do and be packed and out by 9am. All in all we had a good time and felt like the location was very close to lots of restaurants and attractions.

Upon entering, the place looked nice. Unfortunately there were some issues… There was an overwhelming smell of cleaner (from the cleaners) as well as an odor of dead fish (for lack of any other description). One bed had dirty sheets on it, some of the towels were stained, and it looked like there has been leaking in the ceiling above the kitchen. The online diagram portrays one of the bedrooms to hold a king bed and two twins, but it only has the king bed with an option to use one rollaway twin bed, NOT two twin beds. The couch would be a poor option for sleeping. The pools were cold, not able to swim—apparently not heated from November- March. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was otherwise nicely updated and decorated. Good location.

Fantastic property!
We booked a trip to Scottsdale and watch the Fiesta Bowl. The original property we rented had some damage to a stove caused by a contractor the day before we arrived. The property owner, Elvis, was incredibly accommodating and his communication was outstanding. He called us to tell us what happened and quickly rebooked us to another one of his condo units. He stayed in touch with us throughout our stay ensure we were happy with the rental. He gave me numerous recommendations for some incredible restaurants in the area along with some sight seeing tips. We rent VRBO's all the time, and this was by far the best customer service we've ever experienced. Elvis is great, the property was clean, fully stocked with anything we could need and is in a great location. Highly recommend this rental unit and any other properties owned by Elvis!

Great location for Old Town Scottsdale
We went to Scottsdale to golf and explore the town. The apartment is close to everything we needed. We even got to sit by the pool and use the hot tub. My only negative is that if you want to cook a meal, it is in need of some pots and pans. We went out for our meals so it didn’t effect us. Thanks Elvis for your suggestion for restaurants and stores to shop at.

The pictures on VRBO lived up to the reality when we checked in. The property is well equipped and very peaceful. Very high standard bathrooms, furnishings and excellent appliances. Great little outside space and just down the road from charming Old Scottsdale. Highly recommended and a very switched on and friendly property manager that helped us with our questions early in our stay

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms had great features. I liked the master shower. The picture made it look a little bigger than it was, but it was very comfortable. We had a little trouble finding the right condo since there are multiple with the same number. Elvis was great!

Lovely Modern Apartment in Scottsdale.
This lovely apartment is conveniently located just 2miles from Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square. The designer touches, glass staircase, French doors, and beautiful appointments in the three bedrooms and baths were lovely. The kitchen area is slightly small but open to the living room and has adequate seating. Appliances are high-end. There is a large BBQ grill and table in a high, concrete-walled area off the living room. *** Elvis Saloum, the property manager, was truly exceptional!! Easy check-in/check-out. Elvis gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking. His responses to our inquiries were always prompt. My friends and I would look forward to staying here again. A wonderful stay! Great location
Great location to shopping & restaurants but I would recommend having a car with you. Animal friendly! Parking spots from the unit are a bit of a walk which is problematic if you’re traveling with handicap cap/ groceries/ children. Bed room downstairs is rather small as well as living room area but kitchen & upstairs master is updated & beautiful. It seemed like a complex with a majority of full time owners or renters

Very cute place! Perfect for our vacation.
This place was wonderful for our family vacation. The accommodations were clean and modern and had nice upgraded appointments. The beds were super comfortable with a bathroom for each room. Close to Phoenix, Tempe, and, Scottsdale venues.

We absolutely loved this apartment. We were three couples who enjoyed having coffee around the kitchen island every morning. Any hike, golf course, or restaurant we wanted was within an easy 15-20 minute drive. The pool was a nice plus. Elvis is great with communication! I highly recommend this property!!

Overall the property was nice, but on the first day of our stay, while sitting in the kitchen, a leak from the upstairs shower started raining in the kitchen. I promptly notified the property manager of the issue and we were not able to use the bathroom for the rest of the trip. As we booked the VRBO as it had 3 beds / 3 baths, it was not ideal. It clearly looked like they had patched this issue prior due to the dry wall lines on the ceiling. Once we checked out they sent maintenance. All things considered the place is great, but when you book a rental for a reason it was disappointing.
