Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversation, or streaming your favorite shows on the large TV in the living area. Hobby chefs will love the kitchen area to cook culinary charms, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, eclectic cupboards, and a formal dining table. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a chair and desk is available for remote work. With three comfortable beds, there's plenty of room for everyone to get a restful night's sleep from the day's activities. Enjoy the landscaped backyard to stargaze and tell stories around the firepit to end the day on a high note.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
