Summary:
This 3 B/R townhome is located in a quiet neighborhood within the Dobson Ranch community. The home has been recently furnished and features two balconies/patios overlooking the Dobson Ranch golf course and community lake.

The Space:
Welcome to our property!
Please read our policies before booking. No commercial vehicles, trailers or RVs They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.

This listing is for the entire townhome with balcony and community swimming pool. This is a tri-level 1960 square foot townhome with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. There are 3 bathrooms total (1 off the master bedroom, 1 for the upstairs guest rooms, and 1 downstairs). All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries for your entire group. There is designated parking for 2 vehicles (1 garaged). There are no trailer, camper, commercial vehicles or RV parking accommodations available.

Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom
Private bedroom with queen size bed
Private bedroom with (x2) twin size beds
Family room with queen size bed and sofa bed

COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen, dining room, living room.
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING:
We can accommodate 2 vehicles. Smaller standard sedan in the garage and another vehicle in the driveway.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*We do not have control or authority over the property vendors that may service landscaping and pest control during your stay. They have access to the common grounds.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

Comfort away from home
This property for all of our needs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We all enjoyed foosball and swimming. It was a very busy concert week for our children so it was very helpful to stay in a nice place. Very accommodating! I also greatly appreciated the excellent communication from the owners.

My husband, sister and I arrived on Sunday and we're able to get into the gated community and the townhouse without any issues. The property is exactly as advertised -- very nice! We enjoyed watching the ducks come and go on the golf course 😊 The location was great for us as we were able to get to Sloan Park in 10 minutes and there were a lot of stores and restaurants near by for all our needs. Looking forward to making this townhouse a part of our annual Spring Training trip to AZ
