Summary:
Love the relaxing AZ life at this 4 bedroom home located in quiet, North Phoenix neighborhood near the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. It boasts a large backyard pool and an orchard of fruit trees (grapefruit, orange, pear and fig). The home has been recently furnished and upgraded creating a perfect relaxing weekend getaway, a week vacation, or a month long stay.

Please read the entire description as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests.

The Space:
Welcome to our property!

Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.

Love the relaxing AZ life at this 4 bedroom home located in a quiet, North Phoenix neighborhood near the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. It boasts a large backyard swimming pool and an orchard of fruit trees (grapefruit, orange, pear, fig). This listing is for the entire single level home including the backyard with a pool and lounge areas. Enjoy the fruit when in season and enjoy the tranquil backyard area year round. The home is 1700 square feet with a large open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances and a fully stocked laundry room. There are 2 bathrooms total (1 off the master, 1 for the guest rooms). All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries for your entire group.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

We can accommodate 2 vehicles. Please park in the driveway and/or the Garage. No overnight street parking allowed.

PETS:
Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.
Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

Clean and spacious, as advertised.
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We didn't use the pool as early March the temps were still a bit chilly, but the backyard was private enough to enjoy some relaxation. Kitchen was well stocked and made the stay very seamless. Would consider staying here again if in the Phoenix area.

Flying to AZ. The house was nicely stocked with cleaners soaps and shampoo. Fit 7 adults well.
Communication was great. Even the communication about the filter of the pool was broken and needed to be replaced. It was replaced but the pool was not acceptable to swim in. This was disappointing because we looked a for a property with a pool. They did refund a portion of our stay.

The pool filter broke down but they were very kind and gave us another night. Throughout our stay there they were very kind and communicated with us every step of the way. It’s a beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood and a beautiful yard and I recommend it highly!

Great place to hang out.
The house has is clean with plenty of room and was designed to accommodate our whole family. We ate every meal outside on the patio. It has fans for keeping it cool and a great view of the citrus trees and hummingbirds. The management were quick to respond with any questions and requests.
