Exciting news! Brand new pool and water feature are now complete! The new pickleball court opens July 2023! This high end, centrally located, 5400 square foot luxury home with lots of amenities has something for everyone! Outdoor fun begins with pickleball, volleyball, basketball, cornhole, ping pong, horseshoes, and bocce ball. Take a break for some outdoor dining cooked on the gas barbecue grill. Then relax by the fire pit, or maybe take a dip in the 6 person hot tub. The fun continues indoors with billiards, foosball, and poker. Then sit back in front one of the flat screens for the big game or movie night. The foodies in the group won’t be disappointed with the enormous, well appointed kitchen. Do it yourselves or invite one of the talented local chefs in to do it for you. Feel like venturing out? Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time in Mesa. The home was perfect for our family, including 11 grandchildren (ages 1 - 13). They enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball court, volleyball court, putting green and outdoor TV. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made it very comfortable for 20 people. The spacious kitchen and dining room allowed us to cook almost all meals.A few friendly suggestions:- upgrade the pots and pans- the hot tub needs maintenance: a thorough cleaning and a new pump- remove some dead trees on the property

if you are looking for a nice party place for large groups this is a good spot. Scott the owner is great. kitchen nice and new pickleball court. nice hot tub and smallish pool. carpet is bedrooms and other areas very spotty. some chairs in dinning room super worn out. we had a great time but a few things could be updated

The home and entire outdoor activity area was fantastic. Scott, the host, couldn't have been any better. He is a #10 when it comes to being helpful, punctual, and ready to assist with anything needed! Our family had a blast at the pool, playing pickleball, putting, etc. Very nice golf courses within 15 minutes. We would stay there again for sure!

Luxury Home Away From Home!
No need to go anyplace else, this vrbo has it all. Rooms were spacious and activities were plentiful. For us, the pickle ball court saw the most action and was the site of a very energetic tournament. Kitchen set up allowed us to efficiently prepare food for our large group. Scott was always responsive and pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our time immensely.

We held a long overdue cousin reunion at the house, and it was, in every way, perfect for our gathering. So many recreational offerings on site that we didn't need to leave the house to find fun. We're already planning the next reunion and we've all agreed this is the place we'll rent for that one, too!

We had 18 people (ages 13-50) fly in from all parts of the country. There was something for everyone! Due to the heat, we spent a lot of day time in the pool and in the house playing pool or cards. When it cooled, we had a pickleball tournament. This is the 2nd house we've rented from Scott and we will always start with him when we're in AZ!

Huge nice property so much to do!!
We stayed during the waste management open. The weather was a little rough, but nothing you can do about that. Being trapped at the house was made a lot better by the amazing amount of activities and games that we could play. We had a great time. The hot tub was nice when it got cold! AMAZING stay!
This house is perfect for large groups who love to have plenty of options for activities! Everything was working great and in good condition, and the owner was extremely helpful and invested in making sure your stay is excellent. And huge bonus -- the beds are INCREDIBLY comfortable! Our guests were peeking under the super soft sheets to check mattress tags so they could buy one for themselves! Definitely made the stay that much better. The amazing house, lovely owner, and convenient location are all reasons we will be returning for another stay -- and you should too!

Any time you’re traveling with a large group (16 15 yr old soccer players) you have to have things to keep them occupied. This place was perfect!! Between the hot tub, pool, pool table, & pickleball courts the boys never got bored and had a great time!! Will definitely try to get this place the next time we are in Mesa.

Host with the Most
Prior to checking in I knew Scott was a great host. He is very attentive and truly cares about his guest’s experience at his amazing house. When we checked in he greeted us at the house and went through all pertinent information with us as we toured around with him. When I said the house was amazing, I mean it is AMAZING! He has thought of everything to make your stay memorable. We were a group of 4 couples and had so much fun playing basketball, pickleball, volleyball, corn hole, having putting contests on the golf green, pool time and relaxing in the hot tub. Every night was spent visiting around the fire table. We ate all our meals at the house because the kitchen had everything we needed and there was a great bbq on the patio and plenty of seating for the 8 of us. No need to leave. We have rented many houses over the years from VRBO. We highly recommend this property and have no doubt the house and Scott will make your stay equally as memorable.
