Family Halfway meeting place
Our family came together as a halfway point between California and Texas. Communication between us and the hosts was EXCELLENT! All information, rules, assistance, contract, is very clear and detailed. The home is in a very pleasant quiet neighborhood, little traffic, and upon arrival, very inviting. The home is very modern, clean, elegant, and well presented as it appears on photos, plenty of sleeping and dining space for large family. It’s location is Within minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and auto care. Beautiful backyard, game room and enclosed porch. Excellent Heating and cooling. Overall property is very well kept and definitely worth considering!

Great house
Loved our stay. One of my top 2 best vrbos I’ve stayed at. It was really clean, smelled good, had lots of amenities. My kids loved the game room in the garage. The backyard was so relaxing. Most vrbos have very limited toiletries and I have to go out and buy some even if I’m there for a short stay. This one had plenty, which was so nice. Highly recommend.

Family reunion for the New Year.
This vacation home was perfect for our two families, which included 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The backyard was fantastic and we spent so much time outdoors - in the pool, on the putting green and just playing games. The game room was so much for my boys. They loved the ping pong table and basketball hoop game. The bedrooms had comfy beds with plenty of room. The neighborhood location was the absolute best. We were so close to restaurants and all area attractions. This is a wonderful home for a Phoenix vacation.

Quiet and great location!

Comfy and well appointed home
This home had a wonderful message center with guidelines, reminders and nearby attractions which was convenient and fun to use. The house was very clean and the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and ready with anything you could think of. The backyard was quiet and the screened in sitting area was so nice to sit in all day. Very nice and clean place. Quiet neighborhood and extremely easy access to everywhere we wanted to go (hiking, zoo, Suns, Olds Town) all within a half hour or less. Hosts were very good with communication. Would love to stay here again in the future.
