We had us and two other family couples come to Surpirse for a graduation. This was a great house with several gathering rooms and a wonderful pool outside. Couldn't have been better, would highly recommend this property.

Perfect getaway in the sun
The house was even better in person! The pool was amazing and the house had ample amount of room for everyone to be comfortable. It had everything we could have possibly needed. The slide on the pool kept everyone entertained the whole time! Super clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Lots of nice sidewalks to go for a run or walk too. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Great vacation house!
We loved our time at this home…it was exactly what we needed for a vacation with grandparents, parents and young kids. Heated pool and slide were a big hit. All the beds were comfortable and enough space for everyone! The home was well stocked with everything we needed…great week, we’d stay here again. I definitely recommend.

The home has spacious living quarters. There are two TV/Family Rooms. One is open to the Kitchen, and that is where we hung out most of the time. The home was clean and ready early for us! I travelled to see my daughter, and her family of 4 wound up staying a couple of the nights I was there. The four bedrooms made this really easy. The home is well maintained. The heated pool is nice. I would book here again when travelling to AZ.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the front door was tricky to open. Patrick was very helpful but hopefully they resolve issue before next guests arrive. House had plenty of room and we loved the pool. Plenty of condiments in fridge so that’s always helpful. Thank you. Memories were made and our kiddos loved the pool the most— grotto and slide included!! Definitely a hit on our vacay!

Wedding Extravaganza 💒
This was the best property! It met all of our needs, we had the best time in the pool the first night. It was located close to all our excursions and our daughters wedding location. Tons of multi generation family and Friends were in town. Sadly we all felt the dogs next door are abused. It was upsetting to our family. This location and home was huge and beautiful 😍 We had an amazing time!!!!

Beautiful home but...
Overall the property was very nice and comfortable with lots of room, nice furnishing, and comfortable beds. Mostly well maintained, cleaned, and cared for but needed some attention in a few areas. When I texted/emailed my contact person with issues as I discovered them, they were downplayed with no sense of urgency to correct the issue and included language that implied I either didn't know how to operate something , didn't know what I was talking about or was making mountains out of mole hills. Obviously, this didn't go over too well and resulted in some "colorful" responses from me. For example: One bathtub drain was plugged and drained very slowly. The Contact's response was to imply that I wasn't using the pop up drain plug properly and that it was never an issue before. One burner on a very nice gas stove/oven didn't work and I was told it had always worked before and it would be "looked into". The most important concern I had was about the pool bottom and sides looking dirty or possibly having something growing on it (mildew/algae??)and that the skimmer basket/filter is wedged in so tightly it couldn't be removed to empty the debris. The pool guy did show up after a day or so w/no noticeable resolution of either concern. I had to follow up with the contact person and was told the pool bottom/walls had "small areas of staining" and that I was "exaggerating to say the least". The water itself was crystal clear so it was pretty easy to see what was stains and what wasn't. There's also a lot of bushes/trees close to the pool causing a lot of leaves to fall into the water which required fishing them out with the net before using the pool each time and is normal, expected, and wasn't the issue. There touchless kitchen faucet (touchless feature was disconnected) and which day the garbage was picked up. I put the trash out on the street on the wrong day per written instructions. Both these issues were due to the house's Instruction Manual/folder not being revised/kept up to date. Other annoying issues(like most of the doorstops are broken/missing) I kept to myself due to the Contact's belittling responses to my concerns. Highly recommend this property as long as you don't care about the little things or don't mind being treated like a simpleton.
