Welcome to Historic Glendale! Our home is in a great neighborhood and features a serene yard with a patio all while being close to all things fun! You're within walking distance to Glendale historic downtown. (15 minute walk) 15 minute drive to the Arizona cardinals stadium, 25 minutes to Surprise Spring Training and about 40 minutes to the airport.. you can't go wrong here for the perfect place to stay for all those baseball tournaments!

The house was great….a little small but was clean and sufficient for our short stay. The outdoor space was great but didn’t get to enjoy it much since we were out and about during the day. My only suggestion would be better lighting in living room and kitchen……light above sink in kitchen, floor lamps or table lights in living room!

A wonderful location
We we extremely pleased with the property. It was a perfect location with easy access to historic Glendale (great restaurants), a fairly short drive to spring training baseball, and plenty on-site amenities. Check-in was easy and although we didn't cook on this trip, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we might have needed. We would definitely stay again when back in the area.

Great spot to stay
We enjoyed the house as a nice oasis for a busy weekend! It was about 30mins from the furthest place we wanted to go and closer to GCU golf course and Union Hills golf course which were both great. The house had everything we needed. We did not use the outdoor space but it was clean and had plenty of seating. Would definitely stay again for another Phoenix trip.

Great spot
Booked this last minute because of the fires in LA moved the Rams game to Arizona. Great spot and location for my friends and I to stay and within 10 minutes of the stadium. Great communication with manager as well. Will definitely book again if I am jn the area

Quiet oasis in Glendale
Very pleasant! -- we were busy at a conference every day of our stay but it was easy to relax and we had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to great restaurants and shops in old town Glendale. Super clean, unusually well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, couldn't have been better for what we needed!

The property was in great shape and appeared newly renovated. Outside of the main areas of Phoenix, however, easy to navigate to all areas. Description states sleeps 9, however, we could only figure out 7, with 2 people to each bedroom and using the sofa.

Amazing place to stay.
Great location, service was amazing. House was clean and ready to stay in the moment we arrived. Backyard is much larger than expect with lots of room for activities. Full kitchen, 3 very cozy rooms. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for my next visit to Arizona. Hostess was very kind and communicated so well with me before and during the stay.

This house was perfect for our stay! Very cute and comfortable, updated, and clean. The owner was also very responsive and have many accommodations to make the stay even more comfortable. Only a few miles from State Farm Stadium which made this location very convenient.

Perfect for what I needed.
I was visiting friends in Glendale and needed a place to stay that would also allow two cats. The house was really more than I needed in size, but the three bedrooms were very nice and had multiple bed size options. The kitchen is well designed, large fridge, my only suggestion would be to have a better set of knives. Not an issue that affects my rating. The temp never dropped below 90 during my stay, so I didn't use the backyard space. The AC worked well, I never needed to lower the temp than 76 degrees. Final, i wanted to extend my trip and they were immediately responsive and were able to help me with the adjustment. If I have the occasion to visit again, I know where to stay.

Just what we were looking for
The property was great for the two of us and our dog. It was very hot in Glendale when we visited for our grandson’s wedding reception but the air conditioning kept up and the mornings were cool enough to sit in the backyard with our coffee. The neighborhood was not what I expected but felt secure with the electronic lock and high fencing. Thanks very much Miriam!!

Great house and very comfortable for our family of 4!
This house was perfect for our Baseball Tournament in Glendale. The location was great- we went to a Savannah Bananas ballgame (35 minute drive) played TopGolf (15 minute drive) went to Bass Proshop (15 minute drive) everything was so centrally located to the house. It was perfectly clean and stocked with all the things we needed. And a bonus was we got to bring our doggies! Overall we had a wonderful stay, and the house was the perfect spot for us.
