The first day I got there there was barely any hot water. They came to fix it but not until like the end of the NEXT business day. Then the following day the washer flooded I let them know. The owner sent a maintenance person but didn’t communicate the unit so they left and I was left to buy new clothes or do laundry with my newborn outside of the unit until later the FOLLOWING day. The communication is horrible. I asked for some type of remediation since this was kind of a displacement of mine. They offered me a 150 refund. When I checked out I went to clarify the refund and they have ghosted me. I will not rebook here again.They do not follow through in a timely manner nor do they care to refund you when they say they will. I was home on leave with my newborn and I extended my leave due to weather conditions. I absolutely would have extended with them if the conditions were better but ended up spending less money else where with better accommodations.
