Quiet & Peaceful Oasis close to activities! Open & Airy Single Level home with Sparkling Pool (unheated) and Large, Lush Backyard awaits you! This well-laid out, Air-Conditioned Home has Space for Everyone, and includes a Well-Stocked Kitchen, a Smart 50” TV, High Speed Wireless Internet, & W/D. Gorgeous Pool features Table with In-Pool seating and Delightful Waterfall. The Primary Suite features a King size “Purple” bed, Full En-Suite BA, Large Walk-in Closet, & Dedicated Workspace. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two XL Twin beds. Relax & Enjoy a Beverage by the Pool, Dine Al-Fresco, take in Ballgames at nearby Surprise Stadium or Peoria Sports Complex, or play one of the 9 nearby Golf Courses. You may also enjoy walking the Paved Paths throughout the Neighborhood, hiking the nearby White Tank Mountains, or exploring all of the nearby Dining & Shopping options. Close to TopGolf, State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Phoenix Raceway, Wildlife World Zoo, Digiplex Surprise Imax, Desert Diamond Casino, & Lake Pleasant Regional Park.

Important stuff:

Insurance requires renters to be 25 years of age or older. No Parties or Events.

Security: There is a combination lock on front door; a Ring Doorbell Camera; two exterior security cameras pointing toward the street on the west and the east sides of the house, and a security camera inside the garage.

No open flames, candles, etc. of any type.

Like many AZ pools, it is not heated or fenced (sliding door has pool alarm option)

Luke AFB is located in a neighboring town, jets can be seen/heard during weekdays. Occasionally on weekends.

Two parking spaces available in driveway.

No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything beyond our control.

This is a peaceful neighborhood and we appreciate guests being respectful of our neighbors and observing quiet hours after 10pm.

Great House for our Baseball Vacation!
We stayed at this location for a USA National baseball tournament. It was a great location, plenty of room for our family of 4 and the pool was a huge bonus to cool off in after some hot games! The owners were so great and very helpful! Anything we needed, they were more than gracious. It was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice property. I was very satisfied to find that the home was clean and well maintained. Nice furniture. Flooring, walls, appliances, etc. look clean and new. No clutter to be seen. Nice linens on the beds. Clean bathrooms. It felt like home. The entire home, inside and out, was well manicured (except perhaps the rear sliding door, which could use a little tlc, and I couldn't use the garage because a SUV was parked in it). Property owner was very helpful and responsive. I had a very comfortable stay, and I'd definitely come again. Thank you.

Perfect in every way....
Our family stayed at this conveniently located home near Surprise Stadium and have nothing but positive feedback! We were able to walk to the stadium, walk to shopping and Starbucks and enjoyed all the many comforts that this home has to offer. We loved the waterfall, the pool, the outdoor patio and the open floorplan to make it a very comfortable stay. Thanks Lorna & Dave - we will definitely be back!

Perfect Arizona Weekend
My family and I traveled in for the weekend. NASCAR for the guys Zoo, Shopping and Lemon picking at the local you pick orchid for the family, everything is so close and centralized. Surprisingly lovely home in Surprise!
This is our second year staying in this lovely home. Cleanliness, appointments, location were perfect. Walking distance to tennis complex for national competition was so convenient. We loved relaxing outside by the pool, basking in the sun. Highly recommend this home. Hope we will be back!

Great Family Memories
My husband, brother, 89yr old aunt and I travelled to AZ to spend the New Year with family that lives in the immediate area of this home. We had a great time playing cards, dominoes and watching movies in this spacious, open concept, 3 bedroom house. The house was clean, nicely furnished, kitchen stacked and comfy beds. This time of year, can get cold in AZ. The owners, Dave and Lorna were quick to raise the heat when requested. They are gracious hosts. I definitely recommend this property. Great place to stay!!
The Sunny Oasis needs one more adjective…paradise! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas! It was warm and cozy and the master bed was so comfortable! The kitchen was stocked better than any other vacation rental we’ve stayed in! We had family over for holiday meals and games and all of us felt comfortable and at home. Communication with Dave and Lorna was great and they always responded quickly with and questions we had! I completely recommend the Sunny Oasis “Paradise” home!

Tennis Weekend!
The property was awesome and HIGHLY recommended for anyone traveling to the area for tennis at the Surprise Tennis Complex. I know there is a lot of baseball tournaments and pickleball events in that area as well. Several members of our tennis team stayed at the house. Perfect for meal prep and winding down after a long day on the hot courts! There isn't a thing we could have asked for that wasn't provided. Very clean and high quality towels and bedding. Secure and private.
