Completely remodeled darling 1 bedroom separate apartment is quiet, private and spacious. Find out why we are known as the "Valley of the Sun" as you enjoy our breathtaking sunsets on your sweet patio overlook! Then head inside to watch a show on our HUGE 70" with some fun movie snacks we provide for you.. We are located minutes from the Spring Training Facilities, golf courses, restaurants and grocery. Hiking is just around the corner as well. Come stay in our home away from home.
The space
Please read full details:
Our fresh new apartment is attached to our beautiful home but is completely private with its own entrance. You can park right in front of the home and head up your private outdoor staircase. Premium, cozy king sized bed and bedding and a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and TVs in both the main room and the bedroom as well as a comfortable shower/tub make it easy to sit back and relax. Or, if you need to get some work done, we have a nice workspace with fast wifi and chargers for your needs. There is a full sized sleeper sofa that can easily be pulled out for any other guest you may have. Since this is a brand new sight, please let us know if you have any special needs or requests we may have overlooked and we are so happy to accommodate. Welcome ~ and feel free to stay a while!

This is our 2nd time staying here . we just love it. Our host Kim and Scott are wonderful people and very helpful. We will be back . The area is beautiful and we find it very nice for long walks . The guest quarters is very clean and comfortable (love the king size bed )

Quiet and Comfortable
We stayed 5 days and loved this property. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to main roads. They have a wonderful welcoming package of movie treats and fresh squeezed orange juice from their own trees. Very spacious and clean. Bed is king sized and comfortable. Living area has a very large screen TV and a beautiful little kitchen that has everything you need. There is a walk in closet with a full size washer and dryer which was an unexpected surprise. Host was friendly, responsive and had much good advice about restaurants and fun things to do. We plan to stay again.

This property was exactly as described. The check in/out process was smooth, and the owner was super responsive. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Our stay was great. Just the little things that were super nice, made us feel at home from the welcome note personalized with a movie pack, to the cute fresh squeezed orange juice in the fridge! I cannot say enough good things about this property. Clean, quiet, convenient, private, very well stocked. This is by far one of the best VRBO spaces I've stayed in. I will definitely be back when in Mesa again. The owners have taken very good care of the space. They even provided movie snacks.

Wonderful Stay
Comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly and communicative hostess, and the apartment is in a convenient location - all exactly as advertised. And the place was competitively priced (a great deal from our perspective). What more could we ask for?! My wife and I are seniors with good knees, so we had no problem navigating the stairs to the apartment. However, someone with poor balance or knees could have difficulty.

Fabulous Mesa Retreat
We had a nice quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtful stay here. Property is immaculate which was a super plus for my OCD. The hosts are so sweet and thoughtful and we got fresh squeezed orange juice and movie snacks upon arrival. Bed and linens are extra comfy and there are extra touches all around. Kim, one of the hosts is super responsive but not needed because everything you need and want is provided!

My husband and I needed a getaway for the weekend and this turned out to be a perfect choice. It was located in a nice neighborhood, the rooms were clean and in good condition. The property is so beautiful, meticulously kept, so cozy, comfortable and very clean. The manager, Kim is the best! She was so helpful, friendly, included awesome added touches, offered suggestions for nearby eateries and things to do. The space was quiet and very private. Off-street parking. We would book this beautiful retreat again in a heart beat! Highly recommend!
