Southwest style house made for entertaining! Sits on over 1 acre -5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms - All one level, travertine floor. Very large chefs kitchen with everything you need to make that perfect meal - all small appliances, dishes etc. included large sliders open up to the back yard to bring the entertaining outdoors- with a one of a one of a kind custom heated lazy river pool complete w waterfalls, water slide, caves and put put golf. The backyard is very private and resort like, amazing star gazing. Perfect house to make many memories! BBQ your meal out doors in our unique Bull BBQ - ( smoke comes out his nose) or use the Tragger while you sit by the cozy out door fire looking at the desert hills and beautiful sunset. Many outdoor games including ping pong. Central to all main attractions approx 20-30 min from old town Scottsdale, Phoenix, cave creek , Peoria, Lake Pleasant, and numerous hiking trails and golf courses surrounding the area.Lots of parking available.

Our Family Vacation
We had a totally enjoyable and fun stay at this resort home! The kids especially enjoyed the pool facilities, but our adults had a good time with it also. We also enjoyed the grilling facilities and made good use of them also. We were in Phoenix for our granddaughters graduation, so she and the family joined us for grilling and a really nice visit!

Amazing Family Boat and Pool Trip
We picked up our kids from Grand Canyon University and stayed at this beautiful Arizona Oasis! The lake is close and the house and pool is truly amazing! The host has taken care of every detail. We will definitely be back and stay here. Thank you so much for creating this beautiful vacation spot.

Amazing!
This house is amazing! Plenty of space for people to spread out and have privacy, but the backyard pool is the crown jewel! I didn’t think it was possible to spend all day in a pool, but we managed to do so! It is an amazing pool that was heated and the kids and adults loved it, especially the slide, waterfall and lazy river. The mini golf putting green was a hit too! Shannon was very easy to communicate with. Five stars! Would definitely come back!

Gorgeous Views From an Incredible Pool!
If you are looking for a large home in the north Phoenix area for family to gather look no further this is it! The location allows you to take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Unbelievably, the pool and backyard area is even better than the pictures show - you have to see it in person. Hosts have the house well stocked (blankets, plenty of bath towels, pots/pans, dishes for outside and inside, small appliances, etc.)- so nice when you’re traveling with two families. In addition they had so many welcoming touches - sunscreen to share, a few snacks, slippers, and more. If you are traveling with young kids make a point to visit Anthem Community Park!

Best VRBO stay yet!
This house is amazing! From the minute we walked in it surpassed all of our expectations! The small details and amenities were outstanding! The owners could not have been more accommodating and the quality time with our family was wonderful! The weather did not allow for a lot of pool time, but we were able to use it one day-it was spectacular!! Highly recommend this property!!

This property has it all! They thought of everything to make us feel welcome and at home during our stay. Very clean! Pool and hot tub are excellent hang out spots. The huge Blackstone was a great surprise and allowed us to make large meals. Property is close to shopping and other fun activities. The owner is amazing also and is extremely responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I don’t know where to begin! The house was perfect for our family who came in from across the country to attend a wedding. Communication with Shannon was amazing, she was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The house was stunning-from the outside to the inside. It was also fully stocked with everything you could need. They have thought of it all! The outdoor space was incredible. We felt like we were at a resort. The pool is like none other, the lazy river was so much fun! Also, all the outdoor amenities you could want/need. Seating, grills, built in coolers, games, lights, firepits…the list goes on. We had the most amazing trip!!

This house is fantastic! It is in an very nice neighborhood, quiet and easy to get to. The pool is almost not to be believed as to how upscale it is! So interesting and beautiful. Shannon was super to deal with and while there was a couple of very small issues, they were addressed immediately and fixed within a couple of hours. Most anything we needed was within a 10 minute drive. Thanks Shannon for a great stay and making your house available!

Perfect getaway!
There are no words to describe how amazing this home is. Every last detail was thought about. The kitchen is fully stocked and extra large for entertaining. The pool is nicer than any resort. And the views are incredible. Easy drive to hiking, restaurants, and other activities in Scottsdale. We highly recommend.

Beautiful home and property. Very well stocked—like a hotel! Gorgeous setting. It was a bit remote for us with the unseasonably cold February weather for a few of the days. The pool is the best! The kids enjoyed it regardless and it was well heated. Outstanding and responsive property management. We had a GREAT vacation.

Nice home but the pool was cold
Accommodations as listed lots of amenities and rooms as stated but the one major thing we wanted was a heated pool. We arrived it was 86 after the first night it continued to decline to an unbearable temperature. There is a pool cover in about 5 different pieces that they have you cover it with at night we did but it didn’t do the trick. (we missed covering it one night but that was on the 3rd night and it had already been declining) We’ve stayed at many Vrbo that have heated pools (one last year at the same time of year) that weren’t covered and stayed much warmer and held the temp your entire stay so this was a disappointment. As far as the bedrooms the beds are hard except for two kings they were comfortable. Kitchen, garbage drawer always opens and chairs at the dining room table need replaced. A face lift wouldn’t hurt this property either. So this is why I give this home a 4 Star.

Great Phoenix Oasis
Our family of 4, and 3 other family members with a wide range of ages,13-65, all enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a wedding in Anthem and this property kept us out of the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. It was not lacking in access to meeting all our shopping needs in just a 5 minute drive. Beautiful house set in a quiet neighborhood with everything you might need plus extra special touches. Layout is perfect for guests to meet and be together and also have a nice quiet place to chill by yourself if you want. We went on nearby hikes, enjoyed unique restaurants, and spent a lot of time in the amazing pool. The pool stayed warm. We had a few days of rain and enjoyed playing games and watching movies together. Communication with Shannon was super easy and she always responded promptly. Thanks for a great place to spend time with family!

Awesome Holiday with the Family !
This place is amazing! Perfect for our Family. Lots of activities for everyone to enjoy. All equipment and amenities were in great shape. Very well maintained home and property .Outdoor living area and pool INCREDIBLE !! Couldn’t ask for a better place for an amazing vacation. Very close to grocery stores, and Cave Creek! Shannon was wonderful to work with and answered any questions quickly!
