Guest Verification

To ensure a safe and secure stay for all guests, we require a verification process before check-in. Guests must provide one of the following government-issued photo IDs: Driver’s License, Passport, or another Government Photo ID. A clear front and back photo of the ID, along with a selfie, must be submitted for verification. Failure to complete this process may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that an additional charge of $37.45 for damage protection is required as part of our guest verification process.

Additionally, we strictly adhere to the cancellation policy stated on the booking platform. Any cancellation requests, including refunds, will be handled according to this policy.

Strict Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

No refunds for cancellations within or made 7 days of check-in.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Failure to do so will result a $200 fine.

Parking Policy:

- Parking Passes: Residents will receive parking passes; guest passes will be available for visitors.
- Vehicle Limit: A maximum of two vehicles per household is allowed on the property.
- Registration and Orientation: Vehicles must have up-to-date registration and cannot be parked backed-in. Violations may result in towing.
- Handicapped Spaces: Display your handicap placard prominently on the windshield, dashboard, or license plate. Vehicles without proper display may be towed.
- Fire Lanes and Reserved Spaces: Parking in fire lanes or "Future Resident Parking" during business hours will result in immediate towing.
- General Parking: Use designated spaces around the property perimeter to avoid towing.
- Pass Distribution: Details on parking pass distribution will be shared soon.

Trash Disposal Policy:

Dispose of trash in the nearest garbage bin to your unit. If the bin is full, use an alternate bin to avoid overfilling.

All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside the bins. Leaving trash bags outside bins may result in a $200 fine.

Lost and Found:

The property is not responsible for lost items. A handling and shipping fee applies for retrieval.

Items will be held for 72 hours before being disposed of. Fees vary based on the item’s value and duration of storage.

Parcel Delivery Policy:

Do not use the property’s address for package deliveries. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests.

The property is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Pool Rules:

Access the pool using the amenity code provided in your check-in instructions.

Glass containers, alcohol, and smoking are strictly prohibited in the pool area.

Please be considerate: no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.

Unauthorized guests are not permitted in the pool area.

The pool may close for maintenance without notice.

No Party Policy:

Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and noise detectors are in place to enforce this policy.

Any parties will result in eviction without a refund, and the police may be called.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 7 AM. During this time, we kindly request you to keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a peaceful stay for other tenants in the building. This helps avoid any property management issues due to noise complaints and ensures your own experience is not disrupted.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome; however, we ask that you minimize noise, such as barking, to avoid disturbing other tenants. Please note that any excessive cleaning or damages caused during your stay will be the guest's responsibility. Additionally, while we are inclusive and do not discriminate, service animals should not be left unattended in the unit.

Toilet Usage

To prevent plumbing issues, please refrain from flushing disposable wipes, hygiene products, or excessive amounts of toilet paper. Trash bins are provided in the bathrooms for proper disposal.
