Schöne und gemütliche freistehende Casita mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad im Norden von Phoenix mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Frühstückstheke und Essbereich, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einer Queensize-Luftmatratze bieten Komfort für bis zu 6 Gäste. Diese Casita ist voll klimatisiert und verfügt über WLAN-Internetzugang, Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe. Der Hof ist komplett eingezäunt, damit Kinder und Haustiere Sport treiben können.

Diese Casita bietet ein Zuhause in der Ferne auf einem 1 Hektar großen Grundstück. Der Eigentümer wohnt im Haupthaus und steht für eine schnelle Lösung zur Verfügung, falls Probleme auftreten, um Ihren Aufenthalt nicht zu beeinträchtigen. Fantastic Property & Hosts
My wife, our two dogs, and I stayed here for a week after selling our house as we prepared to leave the state. This was the perfect location as we were able to easily visit our friends and family all over Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe without excessive commutes. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. It also had some of the best high speed internet I've experienced in the valley, which was important as I had to setup a new work laptop during our stay. Our dogs loved the massive fenced-in yard, there was plenty for them to explore and lots of room to play fetch and get some playtime in.Finally, the hosts were fantastic - Shannon always responded right away and went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. When we visit the city in the future this is the first place we'll be looking to book!

Shannon and Adam were great hosts. Shannon made it super easy to check in, and Adam even offered us his truck for the evening. (We were on motorcycles). Really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location. Easy access to the 51 to get anywhere you need to go. Located in a nice neighborhood with amenities close by. Shannon made sure that we had anything that we needed. Very nice place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Great location! Privacy galore!
Nice house, on half an acre as described, comfy beds, and great shower! Very quiet and super private entrance. Property owner is onsite in their residence. We liked the location, close to friends in Scottsdale (10 minutes) and only 30-35 minutes to Royals spring training in Surprise... Proximity to 51 highway makes it easy to get just about anywhere in the metro Phoenix area! Only suggestion: would have loved a dimmer switch on the overhead lighting in the main living area, as my wife is sensitive to bright lights. A small light over the kitchen sink would be helpful, too. Very small distractions, had a great week and would re-book on a return trip in a heartbeat!

Great getaway
Property was easy to get to, and there was shopping, food, golf courses and more within a couple of miles. Extra large kitchen was nice as was the open floorplan. Only one bathroom which was small, but adequate. Couches were uncomfortable as the high backs and depth of seat was awkward for shorter people. It would have been nice to have some supplies available such as handsoap, shampoo and body wash, however not a deal breaker in any way. Shannon responded quickly and was willing to ship something that was left behind. We would stay at the casita again.

Comfortable and Convenient
Shannon and Adam are wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. It’s conveniently located, and easy to get around. We were here for medical visits at the Mayo Clinic, which was a short drive away. It was great to be able to have our pets with us. This cozy casita is private and quiet, and had everything we needed.

Our stay at Townsend Terrace was perfect. Shannon was responsive to the few questions we had. We only had 2 adults so the place was plenty big. We especially enjoyed hiking in the Phoenix Preserve which was a short walk to the trailhead. If you have a loved one in Sunshine Village nursing home, the facility is only a mile away from the casita.

Casita Stay :)
Well I just finished a 6 week stay in Shannon and Adam's Backyard Casita and it was just perfect! They are wonderful people and hosts the place was clean and comfortable to stay in. Its also located conveniently close to highway access and grocery stores are nearby :) A couple of days into my stay the fridge started to act up and Adam had a brand new one delivered that afternoon! And he even dropped a bag of ice off to make sure that I had some for drinks knowing that it would take the fridge a few hours to make new ice :) Shannon communicated quick by text if anything came up and I took full advantage of the nearby mountain and climbed it maybe 20 times during my stay... Its a beautiful view up there and I would recommend the quick walk to the trailhead and explore the Phoenix Preserve :) Thanks to Shannon, Adam, their boys and Odin for making my time this winter in the Valley of The Sun a comfortable and enjoyable one...
