„We had a wonderful stay at this property for our large family gathering (17 adults/ teens). Everyone was so happy to get good rest with all the beds/ bedrooms. The layout of the home allows for quiet sleep areas, even when others are still playing games or watching a movie. The highlight for us for sure was the amazing backyard. It is spacious and just like the pictures. Everyone enjoyed the large pool and waterslide, and there was an ongoing pickleball, cornhole, or basketball tournament ...

„The place was great! Nice sized heated Spa/ pool. Great island for spending time with group. Only complaint women did not like glass doors on bathroom when showering/ using toilet “

„Great stay loved the Quail birds every morning and the deer, and the Sunrise over the mountains was just Beautiful.“

„Great location and scenery near our conference. Did not have time to take advantage of the other amenities available onsite. The bed could use a new mattress, it was very squishy and caving in toward the center. Owner is responsive and provided little treats in the casita as well. The property has the potential to become a very popular destination stay with some more updates. “

„Everything is exactly as expected and accurately described in the listing. We had a really great time there. Even got a surprise fire works show. Don’t know who did it or why but it was cool! Bedroom bathroom layout was perfect for what we needed. Communication was excellent and all questions answered. Overall A. We will be back again sometime. “

„This house is perfect to get away from it all. Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. Every amenity that you could think of is provided. The host is great to work with and very responsive. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Scottsdale.“

„Was on a golf getaway with three friends. Chose this home for its location to the golf courses we were playing. The house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and all the amenities you needed. Peter the host was very responsive and helpful if any questions came up. Would definitely stay there again for its North Scottsdale location. Close to golf and plenty of great restaurants.“

„Stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend with my extended family. Plenty of room and an amazing location. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed it. Great communication from the owner/manager. Would highly recommend!“

„The property was very pretty with flowers and lights. Shari, the host, was very accomodating with anything we needed. Place was clean and we had coffee and water. Shari even had a bottle of wine and cheese tray for us to snack on. Great place to stay as it was beautiful and roomy.“

„The property had everything we needed from entertainment to views. Swimming, pool / table tennis, golf arcade. The beds were all very comfy. Nice outdoor fire pit. The location is great with great views, nice walks and easy access to shops. If you know Scottsdale you’ll know this location is higher end. Nothing bad to say about our stay. The company that runs your stay is easy to get in touch with. I would say there costs of pool heating at over $200 a day is crazy compared to other which charge ...

„Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz. 2 Fernseher sind vorhanden (1x im Wohnzimmer 1 x im Schlafbereich). Der Parkplatz ist gratis, genauso das WLAN. Eine komplette Küche ist vorhanden, sowie 2 Doppelbetten (amerikanische Doppelbetten mit nur 1,20m Breite pro Doppelbett), 1 Tisch und 4 Stühle, 1 Schlafsofa mit Sofatisch, geräumiges Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Die Dusche ist innerhalb der Badewanne (typisch für die USA) und ein vorgelagerter ...

"Wunderschöne, grosszügige Hotelanlage, vier Pools, dass man auch Ruhe findet, moderner und grosser Fitnessraum. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen (dunkle Möbel, Teppich etc). Wir hatten ein rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer und die Walk-in-Shower hat jedesmal das Bad geflutet :-( Viele Parkplätze, aber keine überdachten. Gute Lage, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gepflegte Umgebung. "

Kein 24 Stunden Flughafen Shuttle Service

"Da unser Flug um 5.00 Morgens startete, buchten wir extra ein Hotel mit 24 Stunden Flughafen Shuttle. Danach fragten wir auch gleich beim einchecken und uns wurde gesagt, dass es diesen nicht gäbe. Erst nachdem wir auf das Inserat im Internet hinwiesen , wurde uns ein Shuttle um 3.00 Morgens zugesagt. Da wir unseren Mietwagen noch abgeben mussten, wollten wir vom Flughafen per Shuttle abgeholt werden. Uns wurde mitgeteilt , dass wäre kein Problem, wir sollten vom Flughafen anrufen und sie würden alles weitere regeln. Gesagt getan und was passierte als wir anriefen, nichts . Wir wurden 45min. am Telefon hingehalten und haben uns dann nach einer anderen Alternative umgeschaut und sind mit dem Taxi zum Hotel gefahren. Als wir dann um 3.00 Uhr Morgens ins Uber Taxi steigen wollten , sagte uns der Nachtdienst ,dass es keinen Shuttle um diese Zeit gäbe. Nachdem wir die Dame darauf hin gewiesen haben, dass der Kollege am Abend das in das Buch geschrieben habe. Daraufhin bestellte sie dann ein kostenfreies Uber Taxi , welches auch 5 Min. später erschien. "

"Hotel wird renoviert. Zimmer nicht fertig. Bei unserem wurde noch am selben Tag gearbeitet. Starker Klebstoffgeruch führt zu Kopfschmerzen. TV und Wlan funktionieren nicht. Zimmerwechsel war nich möglich. Unfreundliche Rezeption"
