„Gorgeous, artistic, unique home in a wonderful location. We had great weather and were able to enjoy the patio set out front - stunning. Beds were excellent with each bedroom with its own ensuite felt like a hotel. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. We were five couples in the area for a concert at Base31. We utilized the town, walked to local restaurants and also relaxed at the home. Everything was true to pictures. “

„We really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean with a nice water view and came with everything that we needed. The property owner response very rapidly and accommodates our requests. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sandbanks, particularly as a large group.“

„Excellent stay! Our host was very easy to communicate with, and the house is lovely. We enjoyed the literature available in the house for suggestions on things to do and places to visit, and having the hot tub and the campfire available for our relaxation time was the best. We spent a lot of time out on the boardwalk to the lake, listening to the birds. The house is well equipped for any cooking, and we appreciated the ice maker and filtered water via the fridge. "Wir haben für eine Nacht auf unserer Zwischenreise im Resort geschlafen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Parken konnten wir direkt vor der Tür. Die Betten und das Bad waren gut. Am Abend konnten wir noch einmal am hauseigenen Strand schwimmen gehen. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein nettes Restaurant. In der Nacht war es sehr heiß. Die Kimaanlage war zu laut, um damit zu schlafen und da nur ein Fenster aufging, war es im Zimmer zu warm. "

"Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Picton, zu den Sandbanks sind es ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto, was absolut ok ist. Die Anlage verfügt über einen schönen Park, ein nettes Restaurant mit gutem Frühstück und einem Pub, in dem Abends verschiedene Künstler aufgetreten sind. Leider hat die Küche abends schon um 20:30 Uhr geschlossen. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, allerdings roch es etwas unangenehm, was ggf. auf den Teppich, der schon viele Gäste gesehen hat, zurück zu führen ist. Es könnte aber auch an der veralteten Klimaanlage gelegen haben. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Waschbecken befand sich unter einer Schrägen, für Menschen, die größer sind als 1,85 m etwas schwierig 😉…für unsere Größe aber kein Problem. Das Frühstück und der Service waren gut, für jeden Gast wurde nach Wunsch eine warme Speise frisch zubereitet. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen. "
