„We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very roomy and a nice kitchen to make side dishes and other items while we grilled. If you’re going to be grilling for a group of people, make sure to bring a bigger grill lol. Very close to great fishing as well!“

„Location, location, location! It’s all about the view off the back deck. Located in a quiet residential area beside Current River within a mile of Van Buren. Spacious kitchen area for preparing and cooking meals. Covered patio table on deck was incredible for enjoying family dinners. The kids brought our own tubes and floated right up to the house after their float trip. Wrap around huge sofa for enjoying a movie in evening, or a tv in every bedroom if you prefer.“

„Rental was clean inside, but the deck area needs attention. There was a thick layer of pollen on all the furniture, and a dead bird in the center of the floor. It was filthy. It appeared as if the deck hadn't had attention or cleaning for a long time. It definitely was not prepared fir the rental.“

„Cabin appeared to be an older updated River Cabin, but had newer Appliances, furniture, fixtures and paint. The moth ball smell was 'overwhelming' until we aired it out. It overlooks the river, with a beautiful view. Unless you plan a little hike, you'll want to drive down to the river and fire pit. Might be a little challenging for a small vehicle. Our stay was to kayak, parked a truck at the cabin landing and had no problems. Would deffinatley recommend, plenty of room and totally enjoyed or ...

„Our family of 9 stayed the weekend and had a great time!!! The host were very thoughtful and left a wonderful selection of snacks to welcome you. Our kids enjoyed the pool and location. We had a beautiful light show from the thunder because you can see off into the distance with their land. There is so much room to spread out! Also, there was plenty of seating and the couches were comfortable!!“

„All of the beds had clumps of dirt, sand, and what looked like dog hair in the sheets. The dishes were filthy and thrown in the cabinet. The trash cans had garbage in them. We ran out of dish soap. There were no extra trash bags in the premises. Directions to the property could have been more clear. For the price we paid for two nights and the condition of the home when we arrived, we were very disappointed.“

„We cane for the total eclipse and couldn’t have picked a better place. The community is friendly, the parks are fun and the house was the oerfect balance of old and new. The beds are comfortable and the firepit makes for great storytelling and s’mores. Highly recommend.“
