First floor: With 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite.

Second floor: Open space, with a double bed.

Garage: It can be accessed from both outside and the ground floor.

KITCHEN
It is equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle... And all of high quality.

OUTDOOR AREA
The property is completely fenced, has a private pool, and outdoor furniture, as seen in the photos.

Surfboards can be comfortably stored in the garage. They can also be left outside the house in a designated area.

We will send you an email to complete the online check-in on the same day as the booking confirmation, and we will send it to you again 7 days before your arrival. Check-in is a mandatory procedure and is essential for accessing any of our accommodations. Check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. If you have any questions, please consult us; we will assist you in every way possible.

DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
