„Yes, the property is small but there is room outside to enjoy the view. One big cavet .. in my opinion, this is a summer property. The floor is concrete and there is no central heading. The owner has a few rugs on the floor and a large space heater. It takes a good hour to heat the space. We left early as we were there in mid-October. The person who cleans it is lovely and very communicative. We would go again only in summer. “

„Booked this for my husband and son's hunting trip. Location was great and the space met their needs. The host is on site and very attentive, helpful and responded to requests quickly. The place could have used a quick once over for cleaning just prior to arrival, there were some areas that needed to be swept up and some dishes looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile so they pre-washed prior to using. Over all was a good stay. “

Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway. “
