**House Guidelines:**
1. Respect quiet hours after 10 pm.
2. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children.
3. Check out by 10 am.
4. Check-in time is 4 pm or later.
5. PET POLICY. We have allergies to pet dander however to accommodate guests with pets, we can conditionally allow up to 2 small hypoallergenic, non shedding dogs weighing less than 25 lbs. The dogs must be well behaved, house broken and are not allowed on the beds/furniture. You must pick up after your pet and cannot litter the outdoors with pet waste. Please note there is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE per pet and an additional pet cleaning fee. Please inquire about the pet fees via text/ email. If evidence of pets is found on the property and the pets were not disclosed, this could lead to immediate cancelation of the booking and forfeiture of the entire security deposit in addition to additional charges which may be applicable.
6. Please note - If no guests are checking out on the same day, we may occasionally allow early check-in at a charge of $50/hour for every hour prior to regular check-in time.
7. Please be aware that there is a spare propane tank in the outside chest for guest use in case the tank attached to the grill runs out. Both tanks are checked and counted by our crew after each stay. In the event that a tank goes missing, there will be a charge of $250 to the guest. We appreciate your cooperation.
