If I could rate this hotel a -10 I would. We got in late and when checking in the woman working the front desk had ZERO customer service, was not friendly, never once even made eye contact or said "hello". That would have been the first clue this was going to be a bad place to stay. Because we got in so late we went straight to bed, when we woke up we actually looked around the room and discovered the ceiling COVERED in black mold, no cover on the bathroom fan and probably an inch of dust inside it. The towels had stains all over them and they only provided 3 towels, no bath mat towel, no wash cloths. The floor turned our feet black from the dirt. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights. We checked out after the first night when we actually saw how disgusting this place was. When I went down to the front desk to ask them to answer the phone from the expedia rep to confirm I could get a refund as the hotel is misleading the woman working said she just hasn't been answering the phone (the rep called 3 times). I asked to speak with the manager, she said the manager wasn't in, I asked when she was in she said she didn't know and they don't have a schedule and wouldn't tell me when she would be in... If someone hates their job that much they should find another one. She did not care AT ALL that the room was absolutely filthy. I wish we had of had a good look around as soon as we stepped foot into the room. I wish there was a spot to upload pictures of the disgust of this hotel.
