Please leave all used towels in the washer. No need to start the washer.

Please put back the furniture like you found them
Please bag all trash and place them inside the waste container on the driveway next to Basketball hoop. No loose items.

Home Away from Home!
This house provided our family with a cozy atmosphere yet it was large enough to accommodate us. The house has all amenities needed and its location offered a peaceful environment. We highly recommend this house for your family and encourage you to visit the Sharkarosa Zoo while there.

This property was perfect for two families of four each with adult children. The photos were honest to the condition/layout of property. Beautiful setting and we were able to watch the long horns on adjacent property being fed each morning. We would absolutely book again. Magical setting.

Peaceful home!!
Our daughter was married at The Hillside Estates and this home was the perfect location to the venue! It was so nice waking up to the longhorns and horses out back!! This home had everything that we needed and plenty of room for our family. The host was very helpful from booking until we left. The only downfall that we had is that we could not stay a day longer to rest and relax!! Go and enjoy this beautiful home!!!

We loved it!
Seven of us stayed here for a wedding weekend. The bedrooms are all in one wing of the house with the kitchen /dining / family room at the other end so the layout works well for a large group! We enjoyed watching the horses and cattle from the spacious covered back patio. The patio has lots of comfy seating for all. Everything was very clean, the family room and kitchen are spacious and comfy for a large group and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

This house was perfect for a place to stay for our bridesmaids and groomsmen. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep and it was only 5 mins from the wedding venue! It also has plenty of room for everyone to hang outside in the beautiful backyard.

The Heart of Texas
This immaculate home in a setting among horse and cattle ranches is all Texas. Communication with host Charles was fast and accurate. Very clean. Well stocked. Close enough to the towns of Pilot Points and Aubrey to run errands with ease. We loved our week-long stay and we're only sorry we had to leave that beautiful place. Our guests were wowed, too. The shaded patio is a natural for entertaining in sight of a pasture of grazing longhorns. TV over the fireplace looks to be a 95-incher. Incredible for football!

Fantastic House in Relaxing Area
The house was perfect for our stay - all adults had comfortable, clean places to sleep, the house is well-appointed and set up for just relaxing, whether in the spacious den or kitchen area or the huge patio overlooking cows and horses. We were even able to pull our car into the garage in order to be able to unload during a rainstorm. The host was fantastic in his communication with us, and stopped by to check on us and ask if we needed anything. Check in instructions were on the money and prompt. Overall, if I need to stay in this area again, this house will be the first place we check!

A wonderfully blessed and relaxing weekend!
We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Mr. Charles is a Superb businessman, gentleman and host! My husband’s 65th birthday was successful, although the weather was forceful & unpredictable, we felt right at home on the Estate Ranch. The service was remarkable, house sparkling clean, once you sink in a bed you’ll fall fast to sleep. BUT! The jacuzzi tub was the cats MEOW!!! This is a beautiful, large, well laid out home. Plenty of sleeping accommodations, eating and cooking areas (perfect for multiple cooks in the kitchen), plus indoor and outdoor relaxation options. There's also a little office for the business calls and tasks that follow you even on vacation. Owner was very prompt and responsive to our one little issue. No books, puzzles, or games here so be sure to bring your own.

Good neighbors peaceful living.
Google maps led us to the door of this beautiful place and we were pleasantly surprised at the layout and surroundings of this place. Charles (the owner) met me after a day or two and made sure our stay was all we had expected, it was and then some. Ed and Margaret, the neighbors, were such a pleasure to spend time with. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was clean and had all the necessities we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were not only accommodating but also beautifully designed. The kitchen is very large and very well stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need. The backyard patio is so relaxing and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I would highly recommend this home to everyone. It is a delightful place to stay!

Wow! Is an understatement! My family and I stayed for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing!! It was so spacious and decorated beautifully. Let me state the bottom line up front in case you don’t want to read the entire review. You will NEVER find a better, nicer, roomier house in a better neighborhood no matter how long you look. First off, the reason we ended up in the Pilot Point/Aubrey area was my daughter received her master’s degree from Texas Women’s University (TWU) in Denton. We looked all over the area for a place to stay including hotels and just couldn’t find a suitable place for 3 families consisting of 8 people. I had booked a house on the lake that ended up being a bait and switch scam and was quite disheartened until I found this property. This listing changed our trip entirely! It wasn’t just a place to sleep at night, it was our home for 3 days. I cannot even begin to describe the experience my family and I had at this property. It was such an amazing time. If you ever have a need/chance to spend time in the North Dallas/Denton area you owe it to yourself and your family to stay here. To begin with, every picture on the website is of the actual home you will be renting. If you’re like me you’ve gotten some bait and switch owners that sucker you in with great pics and when you get there it’s not even the same house or don’t show the outside of the house because the neighborhood is pretty rough. Not with this property! It is a BIG beautiful home located in the middle of a working ranch, complete with Longhorn cattle and horses. The house itself is beautifully decorated and designed for comfort. More bathrooms and bedrooms than you will need. The outside patio is as big as many houses you could rent and the go to spot at the end of the day. The owner of the house, however, is the hidden gem of this entire property. I don’t recall ever meeting or speaking with a nicer person. He stayed in contact with me and quickly answered any of my questions. The neighbors are are also the same, very nice people that even checked on us while we were out in the yard playing with the kids. It felt like the old Texas I was raised in, everyone looking out for each other and it was magnificent. There were other things that I don’t want to talk about because it was such an amazing surprise and you need to witness it yourself. My family will be talking about this trip for a very long time time. Thank you Charlie for making this gorgeous home available for others to enjoy.
