„Very inflexible. We had a booking and our daughter got sick and was in hospital for a week. We tried twice to request a postponement of one week via the Hotels.com customer service. After several days of no response, we called the accommodation directly. We asked if we could postpone the booking by 1 week as they showed availability during that time at the same price but hey refused and charged us 100% for no show saying that the booking could not be cancelled. Very bad customer service.“

„This property was perfect for us in every aspect and we stayed 3 weeks over Christmas. Kylee is an amazing and generous host with lovely spirit. The cabin was clean, bed super comfortable with modern bathroom and kitchen. Very private space with good screening from main house and side access. It is much better than the description and photos. Some improvement suggestions: On our arrival it would have been helpful, to get info on WIFI-access and some points of interest of the surrounds in a booklet/folder. Some issues we had: washing machine had run but was still full of items, more washed linen still on the line and some lunch was left in an esky on the front porch, so not the best welcome...“
