„Absolutely a pleasant stay. As hotels price gouge, it led me here. Pet friendly as an added bonus. Very clean space and well kept. Lisa also shared outdoor activities in the area to ensure a positive stay. Property is also conveniently 15 mins away from Penn State. We are looking forward for future stays here during the next 4 years. This host should by now, if not already be close to being "Premier Host" level“

„We were greet by a super sweet lady, Sharon who showed us around the property. I would not Consider this property as “having all the amenities of home”’as there is no WiFi, couch or tv” but it’s the perfect place for. “Camping” style trip as the mattresses are very thin. „The house is tucked away in an extraordinary setting on Brush Mountain and is an extraordinary space. The exterior features a cascading stream, valley-wide views, and a huge partially covered porch perfect for outdoor remote work or relaxation. The interior has soaring ceilings, wide plank floors, and lovely lighting and other touches throughout. Eric was a great and highly attentive host. I highly recommend it and will look forward to coming back.“

„We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. For a gathering with friends that included a couple children, this was a perfect place. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable and the huge dining room table, deck, and firepit were perfect for our group. One thing that I didn't plan for was the lack of cell service -- it was actually nice to be out of reach but I did have to drive to find service in order to pull up the door code to check-in, should have planned for that. „I loved the 3rd floor flat; it was truly a home away from home. It was very clean and quiet with comfy beds; plus convenient access to Bellefonte restaurants and interesting little shops. The apartment was full of games and fun items which would be delightful for families with children and/or teens. „A very warm rustic stay away from home. Everything was very clean, easy find stuff for cooking, comfortable furniture, and the beds were the best to sleep on, I stay out of town a lot so it was nice to have a good night sleep. The outdoor scenery is breathtaking with the greenery & woods with a beautiful flowing spruce creek to listen too. Would most definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would rebook again in the future if available. “

„Dawn the host is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very quick response when i had a question. the only issue i had was the bathroom. it needs some attention. stopper in sink doesn't work. tub and shower need work. handle came off in my hand when turning shower on. there is tape around tub to seal the unit to shower and is coming off. “

„We stayed here for the Penn State vs Michigan game. It was 4 of us so sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location.“

„Room was clean and relaxing. I love the colors in the room. Great outdoor area with an outdoor fireplace, grill and seating. Really enjoyed the swing on the front porch. Walked across the street and enjoyed dinner at Duffys Tavern. There is also a really neat boutique and bike store within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!“
