"The pool area was nice. The rooms were okay, they may need a renovation soon. The coupons for food or beverages everyday were a nice feature too. The valet service on the weekend was horrible. In general, if you need a hotel room for a couple of days the hotel is totally fine"

Great value when there is no event going on in the arenas across the street (except for parking which is expensive at an extra charge) Self-service concept - It's clean, but not maintained in detail as I would expect from a 4* hotel. E.g. torn carpet and cabinets, missing power cables that the maintenance person claims have been missing for a long time (why not replace it then?)"

"Komplizierter und langsamer Vorgang beim Einchecken obschon am Vortag elekronisches Prechecking gemacht wurde. Gang auf unserem Stockwerk wurde tagelang nicht gereinigt. Gepäck auf Zimmer bringen dauerte 1 1/2 Stunden und musste gemahnt werden. Housekeeping im Zimmer wurde, obschon vereinbart und gemahnt, währen unseres Aufenthaltes nie gemacht. Generell ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt (für diese Preisklasse abgenutzt). Wir waren Ende vor rund 30 Jahren 2 Mal im Peachtree und können es deshalb verlässlich beurteilen. Schade auch, dass dss Drehrestaurant nicht mehr funktioniert. Positiv: Die hervorragende Lage für Besichtigungen, das Frühstück, das Essen mit Aussicht im Restaurant. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es Downtown einen mehrtägigen Wasserausfall. Die Info des Hotels war sehr zeitnah, es wurde Gratis Wasser in Flaschen abgegeben und man hatte die Wahl ohne Kostenfolge zu stornieren - alles sehr kundenfreundlich."

"Nice hotel considering the price point. Very helpful staff. Only downside: the parking fees are not disclosed when booking and are 25$ per day. Not a fun surprise! "
