Pinehurst is a one-of-a-kind residential resort community where both full-time residents and vacation guests live side by side. Please keep in mind that the surrounding neighbors may be permanent residents who value the peace and quiet of their homes. This is a short-term vacation rental, and the property is designated solely for residential, vacation use. Below, you'll find some important policies that all guests must follow.

• Commercial vehicles, tents, trailers, and recreational vehicles (RVs) are not allowed on the property or in the streets.

• A maximum of 6 vehicles are allowed. Parking is only permitted in the driveway and garage. Parking or driving on the lawn is strictly prohibited. No overnight street parking. The Village of Pinehurst has a ban on overnight street parking (11:00pm-7:00am), which is upheld by local police.

• Only the number of guests listed in the confirmation are permitted to stay on the property. The total occupancy of the property must not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in the property details and guest confirmation.

• All guests must maintain a level of quiet to avoid disturbing other guests or property owners. House parties, amplified music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. The Village of Pinehurst enforces a noise ordinance (10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), which is upheld by local police.
