Lakefront home on Boone Lake in a peaceful wooded setting with incredible lake views and large decks. A floating dock for swimming or fishing available late April - late September. Local marinas offer boat rentals, restaurants and live music (seasonal). The interior features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 queen sized beds, a full bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Excellent location in the middle of Tri Cities close to everything. Fully equipped. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in Tennessee on Boone Lake!

Great Labor Day Weekend
Our stay was great! Home is very clean and has everything you need to cook meals, enjoy the water and unwind after a long day. The multi-level deck was perfect for hanging out and the floating dock is huge and perfect for the whole group. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Family Get Away
Communication with the owner was great - Lisa/Steve were so flexible and accommodating. Check in was simple. The house was clean and had the things we needed most. My favorite part of each day was an early morning cup of coffee from the top deck. Truly amazing views! There were plenty of pots/pans/dishes and utensils to cook and eat in a couple nights and we LOVED Jay's Boat Dock for their chicken tenders and music bingo. So fun! If I could add anything, it would be a washer and dryer for lake life towels. We did OK, but we had brought extras and I was glad to have them on hand. We would definitely recommend this home. Thanks again for sharing it with us.

Girls Weekend Get Away Trip
This is our second year utilizing this wonderful lake front home for a girls weekend get away. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bath is just the right size for our group. Spacious area inside for games and tv watching, also beautiful views for morning coffee with the sunrise. The lake always has various watercrafts cruising by for people watching. Plenty of shopping, eateries, and now gambling near by for fun, laughing, and memories. The host is very much in touch with us while we visit with updates for arrival and departure. Thanks again for a memorable weekend!!

Beautiful Lake Front Vacation House
The house was very clean and we found every kitchen items we needed including 2 coffee machines with supplemental K-Cups and ground coffee. The house has multiple decks with chairs and tables, so we could enjoy nice lake view. The house has a private driveway. The neighbors are very quiet and friendly. This became one of my favorites. many thanks to the owners.

Girls Get Away Weekend
This was a great place for a get away stay. Great views and just right for 3 people to hang out for a long weekend. The decks were an amazing place to sit, relax, and drink coffee watching the sun rise and the boats go by. This location is like a 20 minute + drive to Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City for shopping and adventuring. We are already talking about staying here for next years trip!!

It had everything we needed, lots of outdoor space, the lake was beautiful - friends had a boat and we were able to tie up on dock- weather permitting !! All around a lovely weekend!

Great Lake retreat
We stayed 5 days in this nicely furnished and decorated lakefront home. The beds were comfy, nice bathrooms, one with a great walkin shower, the kitchen was well stocked, the A/C was nice and cold, and there was even a nice treat basket waiting for us. Great views and a nice dock with a swim ladder. There are quite a few steps, but whoever designed them did a great job adding several landings to make it easier. Huge porch with nice tables/chairs/umbrellas overlooking the lake. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Not far from shopping and restaurants. We rented a pontoon boat and it fit nicely at the dock. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Perfect Boone Lake Getaway
The home is perfect. It was so clean and looked just like the pictures. Had everything that we needed and more. And had a wonderful view of Boone Lake. The owners were so nice. They answered all of our questions, gave us suggestions and let us check in early. And the snack basket was so nice. My only suggestion is to add a washer and dryer. Other than that it was perfect. Highly recommend!
