„We spent one night at the Apple Inn and then transferred to another hotel the next night thinking it was closer to where we needed to be. Being tourists and not knowing the area we never should have left! The other hotel was brand new and while it was nice (and more expensive) it wasn’t nearly as clean and even breakfast wasn’t included. „This was our third stay at LeConte. The beds are comfortable, the kitchenettes are convenient, everything is clean and staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has different options, but the hot items weren't that great this time around. It's close to the parkway, but not noisy at all and there's never a problem getting in and out of the property. “

„We had a great stay. The only thing we didn’t like was the roll away bed we got for our room and as very uncomfortable. You could feel all the springs. Those mattresses really need replaced. The pool and breakfast were great and we loved the location “

„The staff was amazing and upgraded our room because our teenage daughter weren't comfortable in the bunk beds made for smaller children. They had no problem accommodating us which made our stay and experience much better. It is nice to stay at a hotel that has great customer service and wants to make their customers comfortable and happy. This is not always the case anymore for some hotel chains. Thank you so much for your great service and caring about the comfort of your customers. “
