Diese schönen dreistöckigen Eigentumswohnungen werden als Ferienhäuser konzipiert
um bequem Platz für bis zu 12 Personen. Bietet Platz für große Gruppen von bis zu 36 Personen, wenn alle 3 Eigentumswohnungen im selben Komplex mit 4 Einheiten gemietet werden.
Erdgeschoss: 1 geschlossenen Garage, große offene Schlafzimmer mit einem Vollbad, Waschmaschine / Trockner
Zweiter Stock: Wohnzimmer, Kamin, Esszimmer, Küche und 1/2 Bad.
Dritter Stock: Zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Vollbad.

Unsere 392-Ferienwohnung in Franklin verfügt über wunderschöne Balkone mit Meerblick im 2. und 3. Stock.
Bequemen Zugang Strand direkt auf der Straße und eine schöne und komfortable Spaziergang in die Innenstadt und Pismo Pier.

Amazing condo!!
This condo really exceeded my expectations. It actually looks better in person than the photos. The location is walking distance from the pier, so location is great. Kellys communication and customer service was top notch. We had a group of 11 of us and we had such a fun time. I will definitely be back.

Family beach trip
Great rental property. Close to the 101, but we didn’t hear any traffic while inside. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. Cabinets were labeled for extra supplies. Contact with the property host was great. Kelly was very professional and responsive. We will return to this property in the future!

Excellent location with easy access to beach. Parking for one regular car in garage and one car in the driveway. Slightly dated condo, steep stairs that can be hard to lug suitcases up and down. Excellent restaurants in town make up for missing kitchen equipment. Good for large groups

Summer Family Vacation!
We are really glad to have stayed at this place! Our family of 13 found the condo to have everything that we needed. The condo is super clean inside and out, the rooms have plenty of sleeping space, everyone liked the two balconies with a good view of the ocean. The location is great, just 1/2 block from the beach and we didn't have to cross a street to get there. The 101 Freeway is nearby the noise is minimal and no one had any trouble sleeping. It was truly a pleasure to work with Kelly, our property manager. Her VRBO listing is very accurate. She answered all my questions, kept us in the loop with all the info that we needed as the rental time drew near and is s super sweet person to deal with. We look forward to staying here again!

Pismo Beach with a View
Kelly's Pismo Beach condo was a wonderful location to spend our family Thanksgiving. There was easy access to the beach and the two ocean view patio sitting areas off one of the upstairs bedrooms and the common area were a big plus. The common space was nice for our family to gather and the beds were comfortable.

Great place but some nuances
The home was very clean and had everything that was in the listing. But - 1. The property manager wants you to sign a four page agreement before you check in. It was very inconvenient. 2. The upstairs bathroom doesn’t get hot water or pressure. Since there are only two bathrooms that was a problem for our group. 3. The utensils are quite old. Overall great place but needs some updating and fix the bathroom.

We spent one night here - plenty of space for six adults, two kids, and one infant. Very short walk to the beach and nice views of the sunset. Close to downtown area. Some road noise at night as other reviews have mentioned. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great Stay!
This condo was a great location - was visiting SLO for a bridal shower with friends & decided to stay on the coast. There were 7 of us - slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Nice & convenient to SLO, Pismo, Avila Beach. Wish we could of stayed longer - but it was a quick weekend trip.

Great Family Get-Away
This was the perfect condo for my husband’s 70th birthday with our kids and grandkids (9 total). Typical residence that shows it’s age in an ocean environment. Kitchen is well supplied, plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements, plenty of seating for dining, large living room area, and a convenient set of stairs to the beach (steep, over 100 steps, but we had no problem). Partial view of ocean and beautiful sunsets. A bit noisy from street during the day, but quiet during the night. We all slept very well. We highly recommend, and we’ll be back.

Short Walk to the Beach
Really enjoyed our stay. Property was really a quick walk to the beach. And the boardwalk is a nice stroll away so if you do not want to drive you do not half too. Property was cozy and comfortable. I would totally recommend this property and VRB host was very responsive when ever we had questions.
