The house has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds. Two rooms with 3 King size beds.
A big kitchen with open space to the living room. There is one bathroom and two toilets.
There's a lot of space in the backyard and on the terrass for dinners and social interaction.

Guest Access:
Guest access is contactless if needed via Key Box/Lock.

The Neighborhood:
The house is situated in a residential area close to nature. Calm and quiet area with a lot of trails in the woods for walking or running.

Getting Around:
Traveling by car from Luleå airport is just 40 minutes. Downtown Piteå with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping is just 10 minutes by car. In 5 minutes walk you can reach a pizzeria. If you take the car you have a grocery store in 4 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet and relaxed place, easy-going.

Parties are cool sometimes, but not in this house. Note that sometimes there are cats in the house. So allergic people can’t live in this house.
