This big homely house is only 30 minutes from Wind Farm and perfect for workers.

The house is in very good condition with 4 big bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom with double showers. For relaxing in the evenings there is a large south-facing terrace with a spa bath.

The Space:
With 4 big bedrooms you will have a lot of privacy. Three rooms with King size beds. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

There is an open space between the dining room and the living room which is really nice for socializing.

A big really nice bathroom with double showers on the ground floor and also an extra toilet on the second floor.

There's a lot of space in the backyard and also a large south-facing terrace with a spa bath.

In front of the house there is parking for up to 3-4 cars.

Very popular with tenants, nothing is missing. And if you need something, we will fix it for you.

Guest Access:
Guest access is contactless if needed via Door Code Lock. Our host can also be there to guide you and introduce you to the space.

The Neighborhood:
The house is situated in a residential area close to nature. Calm and quiet area.

Getting Around:
Traveling by car from Luleå Airport is just 40 minutes or Skellefteå airport with 60 minutes. Downtown Piteå with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are just 8 minutes. In 5 minutes walk you can reach a pizzeria. If you take the car you have a grocery store in 4 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet and relaxed place, easy-going.
Parties are cool sometimes, but not in this house, and pets will stay outside with respect for allergic persons.
