"Met by host, Serge, who gave us a great welcome and intro to property. Host had included some welcome treats, including a bottle of champagne and Belgian chocolates.. and Christmas decorations as we celebrated Christmas here. Fully equipped kitchen, heating and comfy beds meant a great stay. We used the cottage as a base for exploring the area and it was great- the beachfront at De Haan was beautiful and easy access to Ghent and Bruges… Great communication and check out procedure… Thanks so much...

"Positives: Nice design furniture/amenities and very well equipped in general. Cosy house with good division of space. There is an outdoors space with a grill. The house is very well equipped for children (high chair, dishes, toys, seat adaptors, etc.). Close to supermarkets. 5-10 minutes bike ride to town center. Everything was clean when handed over. You get what you read on the listing. Good value for price (end of June). Negatives: We had to bring our own bedsheet and towels, which we found...

"This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

"When the light comes into the living area / Kitchen, it is really a wonderful feeling place. And we even spent some peaceful moments in the backyard / garden. Location is about a 10-15 minute walk to most of the sites, which (for us) was great. It meant a really really peaceful neighborhood and an absolutely lovely walk through this amazing city whenever we left."

"We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."
