The space
The house is perfect for a family experience and comfortably accommodates 4+1 guests with 2-bedrooms and 2.5-bathrooms.
-The first floor is home to the living room with working gas fireplace & 55" smart TV with streaming capabilities. Fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances offers coffee, tea, creamer and more, with dining area seating for 5, and a half bathroom.
-Upstairs, you'll find master suite with gas fireplace and dedicated workspace with private entry into a full bathroom with jetted soaking tub & standalone shower. The second bedroom resides across the hall. Each bedroom offers cooling gel memory foam king-size beds with additional queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living room.
-For longer stays, there are multiple closets, dressers for storage, and an onsite washer and dryer.
- The retreat offers a relaxing outdoor space that comes equipped with a fire pit, lounge seating, lights as well as surround sound speaker system in every room.
Guest access
Besides the indicated/enclosed side of basement, the entire home is open. This area is used for property storage.

Pet fees:
- Dogs and Cats are allowed for an additional $30 per dog or cat, per entire stay.
- Please bring your own pet lodgings.

A/C/ Heating:
- There is central Heating and Air conditioning throughout the entire house. There are also ceiling fans in each room of the house for extra comfort.
Parking
- Instructions for registering your car for street parking will be sent to you prior to check-in and is free of charge. While we have a designated parking space in front of the house, parking can sometimes be a little difficult to find during the evenings, but you will have no issues finding parking on the street, worst case you'll need to park a block or two up the street.
Steps
- The house main entry is on a ground floor and just requires you to walk up 3 steps to enter the door.
Noise
- Please note that this is a quiet street in the residential neighborhood. While all of the outdoors spaces including enclosed patio and backyard are private it is important to keep noise levels down during building quiet hours (10pm - 8am daily) and be respectful of all neighbors. Small celebrations are OK but noise must be kept to a minimum between the quiet hours.
