This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. Entering through the front door you will be greeted by the living room with comfortable seating and TV.
To your right will be the dining area and the kitchen.
As you continue upstairs, you will find the 3 bedrooms and the full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The third bedroom has a single sized futon and also doubles as the study.
In the basement is the washer/dryer. You will also find what we affectionately refer to as a "Pittsburgh Potty:" a solitary toilet, left to ponder life’s big questions—like why it’s not a half-bath. Truly a throne without a kingdom

We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!
House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
