Our 5000 sq ft house features a chef's kitchen, 5 vibrant common areas, and seasonal decor. Enjoy a game room, billiards table, foosball, poker, a 1870s grand piano, and smart TVs. Bedrooms include themed bunk beds, with 4 rooms having ensuite bathrooms. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining for 8, and laundry. Indulge in the 8-person hot tub, sprawling yard, fire pit, grill, and deck. The property also includes a nearby stream!

Bedroom 2: Spacious queen bed suite with a clawfoot tub, connecting to Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: Full-size Canopy Bed with an attached bathroom.
Bedroom 4: A kids paradise! Two sets of twin bunk beds with a trundle and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Charming twin bunk bed with a trundle, connecting to Bedroom 6.
Bedroom 6: Single bed with a connection to Bedroom 5.
Opt for an exclusive experience in the first-floor Bedroom 7 "The Suite", featuring two queen beds, a mini-fridge, microwave, dining table, and a desk. $200 for first night and an additional $100 each additional night.

The shed, attic, basement, supply closets, and the innkeepers apartment are non accessible and will be locked. Please do not enter these areas without prior permission for your safety these areas are protected by security.

Please note and be aware that this is a historic house which presents unique features that require heightened responsibility especially with young children. Please be aware of steep stairs, heating elements, and other potential hazards a home of this age may have. The house also contains beautiful artwork, clocks, glassware, lighting fixtures, activities, furniture, and a historic piano. Damage to these items are very expensive and may cause a security deposit to be held if broken.
History on the House: In the 1800s it was used as a boarding house for factory and farm workings until 1904 when it received its name as the Hancock Inn and started housing guests. The Inn stayed open until about 2008 and in its later years also hosted a restaurant. It was then used as a multifamily home until 2021 when we decided to buy the home and turn it back into an inn style building used for short term rentals. This home as a ton of historical value so we curated our vacation home to offer modern amenities while keeping it's old charm.
