„We enjoyed staying along the walkway in town. The apartment was cozy. Beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. Had lots of tiny bugs On the kitchen counter. The bathroom walls need to be cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would stay again. “

„Very unique location for a home to rent. Almost all others in the area is hotels. On the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keyless entry, that manually locks. Furniture was not clean. Shower burning hot, but there is an outdoor shower. “

The location is very central and I would highly recommend. We stayed here towards the end of a two week trip to Belize and it was nice to have a full kitchen to cook some meals after eating out so often“

„The design of the studio is quite unique and it took some time to adjust and appreciate the architectural uniqueness of the design. It makes one feel as if they may be in a submarine under the ocean and has a beautiful view of the lagoon. The shower was a great size, with plenty of hot water, but the window was also in need of repair. The picture in the advertisement of the view is actual. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. „We’ve been to Placencia several times, but our first stay here. Loved it! Candace’s advice and arrangements, for guides, restaurants, even a massage, were dead on. The location is within easy walking distance of all we could have wanted. And guides picked us up on the beach in front of the property! We thought this might be our last visit here, but reconsidering now. “

„This property is managed by Vacasa and it's a nuisanse. When you're traveling you'd appreciate having all the information in one source. Unfortunately, in this case VRBO site merely redirects you elsewhere which is often inconvenient. The house was as e+xpected although we were unlucky to have a bit of surf that rendered the water totally murky. The locals recommended agains swimming because of the stingrays common in the area and danger of stepping on one when hothing can be seen. We still ...

„Very clean. Carmen the manager was great and so we're all the staff. Right on the main street and all the restaurants, about 150yd from the beach, 100yds from the beach sidewalk. If you have 2 good legs you don't need transportation to access everything in town. Fairly quiet.“

„This property woud work well for the younger backpacker group. The beachside accomadations was a draw for us. We are a couple of friends that came to celebrate our birthdays. The Treehouse was clean but smaller than we expected and it was unpleasant without A/C. The listing does say no A/C so no fault of the owner.
