Placerville also offers a small town charm with local shops, Apple Hill- fruit & vegetable farms, orchards, wineries, golf courses and tons of local hiking trails and outdoor adventures.

Please note, there are stairs inside and outside the condo.

⧫ Very close to great bike and hiking trails within walking distance

Getting Around:
Several wineries are minutes away. Bring the kids to Apple Hill just 3 miles up the road. Year round family friendly activities at local farms and orchards. This is also a great stop on your way to the slopes in Tahoe. There are amazing hiking and biking trails in the area.
