„Although surprising that we were the only guests checked in, the entire property was still fully prepared to receive us - we were warmly greeted at the entrance, check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a chance to choose which room to take. Sadly, we were only checked in for 1 night but we enjoyed the entire visit. „It was late night reservations and I am very tired. I called the attendant before arriving at the hotel and he was able to confirm my booking and assign a room. Check-in was fast. Property is secured. Theres a starbucks around the corner and McDonald's beside it. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. Vista Mall is also in front of the main street.“

„Poor sanitation, smelly room like urine, very poor service. Blanket is a flimsy bedsheet, towels are beach towels...wirh big yellow stripes. Nobody listened to my concerns. I checked out instead even though i knew I wouldn't get a refund for my second night. Microtel by Wyndham in San Fernando is the best. I stayed there for 4 days and highly recommended. “

„Upon arrival (Feb 8) we were given a room with one bed. I told them I requested two beds and was told I could not change to a two bed room. Upon entering the one bed room, the bathroom smelled horridly!. We had to keep the door shut. I then looked up my reservation and lo and behold I did request two beds.
