This vacation condo makes for an ideal escape to Mexico's Caribbean! Located inside the beautiful Aldea Thai beachfront condo complex in the heart of Playa del Carmen, and situated steps from one of the best beach spots in town, Mamitas Beach Club! Decorated in a Bali-Thai style with a Caribbean flair, this condo has all the modern amenities plus the comfort you dream of for your vacation. There’s a large gorgeous pool with a swim-up bar, plenty of sun loungers, a gym, beautiful grounds & and all you could want for your tropical escape to Playa.

- The PRIVATE PATIO is wall-to-wall the length of the condo, where you have direct access via the master bedroom as well as the living room. The POOL is there for you to refresh anytime. Plus, sun loungers for some suntan time too!

- The DINING area with a table to seat 8 comfortably for a relaxing sit-down meal at home. Plus, a BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter with 3 bar stools.

- A fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home.

- 2 COMFORTABLY FURNISHED BEDROOMS, both with SMART TVs and FULL ENSUITE BATHROOMS to accommodate 6 as such:

It’s only 2 blocks to 5th Avenue and a block the other way to the beach and sea! You’ll even find a Walmart supercenter, Starbucks, pharmacies, convenience stores and more, all within walking distance!

Plus tons to see and do; everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, stand-up paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more! Getting Around:
The condo is about a 50-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN), 55.1 km/34.2 miles however, check your mobile map apps when you arrive as driving time varies depending on the time of day. When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there’s free underground parking available at Aldea Thai. Just ask the guard where to park.

Also, if you’re driving around Playa, be aware there are PARKING METERS in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You have to look for the parking kiosk, pay, and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, this property is so centrally-located you can easily walk to many places in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Even though it's not the norm, you might experience sporadic noise from renovations in nearby condos.

Electricity is included in your stay. Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely. Make sure to turn off all fans, lights and AC's when you are not in the property and remember to keep doors and windows closed when the AC is operating to avoid condensation.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.

The condo is located in a complex that provides 24/7 security.

There’s an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property.

Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged.

Please make sure to return your bracelets to reception upon check out. A penalty of $12 USD per missing bracelet will apply otherwise.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.

Lastly, long-term stays are available, and with good Wi-Fi, it’s great for the remote worker!

Overall very good
Our rental unit was advertised and well equipped.The property is in a great location and generally in very good condition, however some areas are tired and in need of repairs (railings, outdoor furniture etc.,).Communication with property manager was quick and mostly clear, although there was a miscommunication regarding property ID bracelets and some check in confusion....the resolution was additional charges, so be clear with property and manager.I would stay again.

Great condo in Playacar
I was very relieved when entering this apartment, because it was exactly as advertised. Very nice condo with large pool right outside the room. The pool had a bar where you could order drinks and food. There was also a small pool on the main patio, which was very convenient. However, the pool was not clean- I would suggest if you plan to use it, to ask the host to have it cleaned before your arrival. Very close access to the beach. Technically the property is on the beach, but to access the beach, you must exit the main entrance and walk on the street (Calle 28) to get there but it wasn’t a problem. I brought a car and parking was very convenient. The check in and check out process was very smooth and friendly. The host was very responsive and addressed all questions and issues quickly. The overall vibe of the facility was calm and serene, reminiscent of style and vibes in Thailand.
