Unterkunft mit reichlich Platz
Die standard Wohneinheiten bestehen aus einem großen Schlafzimmer mit 2 großen Betten, einem großen Möbel mit 6 geräumigen Schubladen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und ein TV. Das Bad beinhaltet eine grosse Dusche und ein WC. Ein Lavabo befindet sich im Verbindungsraum, welcher einen 4-türigen Schrank hat. Einen eingebauten Tresor gibt es auch. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Einbauküche mit vielen Schränken, einen großen Kühlschrank, einen runden Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen und eine Sitzecke. Das Appartement hat ca. 50 m2. Täglich wird gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da das Appartement kein Internet hatte, stellte uns das Hotel einen Router zur Verfügung. Die weitläufige Anlage befindet sich an steiler Hanglage. Jedoch bringen Taxis die Gäste, alle 5 Minuten, an jeden gewünschten Punkt. Das Restaurant bietet eine Auswahl an leckeren Speisen und guten Getränken. Wir waren mit den Dienstleistungen sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

The property was beautiful however there is only Wi-Fi in the main lobby and not in the rooms. Parking is also a bit inconvenient because it’s so far from the rooms. A lot of people had to walk up a very steep hill to get to the main lobby where all the food and the pools were. overall it was a good stay.

First I would like to say the property is very nice but it’s not flat . They do provide transportation around the property which is nice . The restaurant staff was very nice too they were very accommodating and had drinks ready and the Restaurant manager brought my food to my room even though they don’t do room service I tried to call ahead to set up transportation from the airport and vice versa back to the airport because they said they offered it . No one answered my calls and I was already in the country so fees were added to my cell phone bill. I had to pay $120 in total for transportation for a 20 minute right to and from the airport which was very disappointing.

If you've read any reviews from this property, they are accurate. For the one night stay I needed, it was fine. However I would avoid any length of stay here, as it is not the most optimal of all inclusive locations.

Costa Rica is amazing, and this is a Costa Rica is amazing, and this is an affordable All inclusive. Food selection was very limited, there was no wait staff at the chairs around the pool. We were VIP guests and we were able to eat in the one nicer restaurant they have, otherwise the food selection would’ve been very disappointing. The pools are beautiful, our room had a bay view, which I highly recommend, the maids were good about keeping the rooms clean. The nicest part was that they weren’t overly crowded, so we were always able to get a seat at one of the pools.

This hotel is great. All inclusive is awesome and the views are breathtaking. The staff is wonderful. The food is great. There is a big hill from the main lobby, pools, and food down to the rooms and the beach itself but there is a little shuttle that circles around to the stops every 5-10 minutes. The beach is accessible by foot. The only drawback is that there is no WiFi in the rooms themselves. The WiFi is only available in the common areas (front desk/pools/food) Otherwise it’s a very comfortable place to spend a few days.

This is the sixth time we have stayed at Condovac. If you are looking for an economical place to stay in a stunning location this may be a property worth considering. The all-inclusive food is healthy Costa Rican-style fare (if you want a more North American buffet, you'd be better off at the Riu). The beach is amazing and we often snorkel at the south end. We always feel safe in Playa Hermosa and appreciate that it's only a half-hour drive from the airport in Liberia.

Place is in a great location but the resort itself is a bit neglected.shame of it is workers doing there job but it seems owner/management aren’t giving them the tools to be successful.example the chairs around the pool are so worn and old there falling apart.plus they didn’t have enough chairs for the amount of people around the pool area.the place could use something simple as a paint job would go a long way.

We went there to celebrate my 50th birthday and were very disappointed. The staff was not friendly, the rooms were small and not at all like they were advertised. They said full bar in room - nope 1 beer and no waters. Food options were never changed out and the food from day before seemed to be what they served. Could have ice cream only at 1:00 pm. States coffee shop and deli and there was not, no waterslide as advertised. It was very disappointing for my big celebration.

We stayed for 5 nights. The first night - Tuesday February 25th- we left our swim clothes out on the chairs of our porch to dry. I woke up early and was getting some work done on my computer, I watched from my window as a landscaping male employee walked pass our porch where our swim clothes were drying, picked up my husbands swim trunks and walked off with it. I went out shortly after to get the rest of our stuff and he said good morning to me like he didn’t just steal from us. I didn’t address it as it was our first night and didn’t know if there was be retaliation. Then on Thursday my husband thought it would be okay if he left his shorts out for 2 hours in the middle of the day as we were in the room but those shorts went missing as well but our towels were still there. Didn’t see anyone this time but I know it was probably taken by the same man especially as it’s not windy here at all. If you’re staying here don’t leave stuff out on the porch. Aside from the landscaping employees, other employees were nice- housekeeping, catering and front desk were good. Food was about the same daily. We ended up eating out at other restaurants on the beach. No live music or entertainment during our 6 days. Place was a little ran down needs some repairs. Bumper cars didn’t work. No one wants to give you change so walk with your own. I wouldn’t stay again solely because of the stealing.

Miserable all inclusive hotel. Same food day in and day out for 10 days! Falling apart. No hot water ,no running water 1 day. Dirty. Website is pure false advertisement. My jacuzzi tub in my room had no hot water and took over 4 hours to fill up and was nothing like what was on the pictures. The hot tub by the pools was cold. I asked three different staff members for the hamburger that is playing in the video at the front , they all laughed and said that’s just marketing. No place to lounge by the pool since there is so few chairs . No cabanas.i was Told my mini fridge would be restocked , arrived had two waters. When requested was told it’s 2 waters for every 2 days !! So 1/2 a bottle of water a day. And treated so rude when you ask for more. Gym has a lot of equipment, but lots is broken including the windows, and the supposed trainer or gym rep was rude and wouldn’t let you use equipment when it clearly was available. No wifi in your room or the gym and barely enough in the cafeteria to communicate on what’s app to set your excursions and ride back to the airport which you will have to pay for no matter how many excursions you book !!

I wouldn’t suggest that anyone Black comes here. As the only black people staying on the property for the first couple of days, the racism was palpable. The constant “Negrita, Negra,” from staff and noises from other guests became the soundtrack of the trip. Check in was smooth and some of the staff were accommodating. Our rooms were okay until two nights before we left when water started pooling in the ceiling above the bed and dripped on and off. When I mentioned that someone can come into the room while we’re out to fix it, I was told that they would be sending someone. When we came back and asked the other worker on shift if someone checked the room, they asked me to check if the work was done and if not to message the front desk. Then the front desk asked one of the staff to go with us and check but he seemed uninterested. When we got to the room we saw that all that was done was that the bed was moved. Later that day the pool of water in the ceiling shifted until it popped before we left and fell onto the floor like a shower. The massage staff and tour agent were professional.

This place has its ups and downs. Up would be the view. Absolutely stunning. Downside unclean pools, they get cleaned once in the morning but being on the hill they get wind gusts that fill half the pool with bugs and palm leaves. Up the staff is nice Down. No wifi in the room Up foods okay Down no variation in the buffet. Also unrip pineapple is server which causes diarea. We also had no water in our room after eating said pineapple so no flushing :( The parking is at the bottom of a massive hill they do have trucks that pick up ever 15 minutes and drop you off. All inclusive does not mean the mini fridge which has 2 beers 2 waters and a bottle of wine. They have roughly 200 guests when we were here... and 20 patio chairs. Not alot of sunbathing space and people hold chairs for hours without sitting at them. Our booked dinner was pretty good and we also did massages down by the beach and those were incredible. Highly recommend. Overall 2/5 for all inclusives i have stayed at.

Food was mediocre, service once people got to you was great, but wait times were long. Great location, walking distance to beach but no concept of time for sure. Needed doctor they told me 4 or 430, he showed between 8-830p.

staff speak limited English and poor customer service. Foods has very limited options.I checked out 1 day early due to snow storm in Toronto. Both Expedia and Hotel refused to refund or provide credit.

We enjoyed our stay at Condovac. We traveled with teens and little kids. The food was wonderful, lots to choose from. The kids enjoyed the fresh fruit and endless pina coladas. The location itself is wonderful but you need to take the shuttle if you want to go from the ocean to the lobby/restaurant. It's pretty hard to get around if you have a baby in a stroller. You have to climb the big hill or grab the shuttle which means folding the stroller and holding the baby. It's quit difficult if you're by yourself. We had a double stroller and had to lug it up and down the hill a few times. The property itself is wonderful but not the most ideal with squirmy toddlers that you have to protect from falling in the pool or off of the viewing platform. The platform is super cool but has no walls so you have to watch the little kids. Overall id rate it an 8 just because of the no wifi in rooms and less accessibility with little kids.

2 star "resort" at best. Food didn't look worth risking. Buildings & rooms are dated. Hardly any chairs around pools. Nicely situated property. Staff were friendly & shuttle service was timely.
