„The property is more concerned with QR codes and getting you in and out - it's on a long dusty and terrible dirt road - the building is surrounded by trash and if you want to walk into town it's a 7 minute walk on unpaved road and no sidewalks - if mexico wants to charge first world prices it needs to clean up it's act - very transactional place - not focused on hospitality - clean up the neighborhood not just the front steps !“

„Was a great stay! Mario the chef is very talented, food was delicious, Victor our server at the restaurant Baklava was attentive and welcoming. Rooms were beautiful and bed was really comfortable. Location is a bit of a distance from Bucarius, beach rocky, although once you settle in, you really don’t need to go anywhere. We did a beach crawl on the way back from Bucarius and it was a blast! Lovely stay!“

„I have stayed in many high end resorts internationally and I have never experienced such a high level of customer-focused service. Every waiter, bartender, pool attendant and bell person was laser focused on guest satisfaction. My personal cuates team tended to our every need in a timely and courteous manner. „Es ist ein nettes kleines Hotel mit komfortablen Zimmern. Das Frühstücks Buffet war am ersten Tag sehr komplett, doch von Tag zu Tag wurden immer weniger Sachen aufgetischt bzw nicht nachgebracht, da es auch weniger Leute waren. Doch auch bei weniger Besetzung sollte das Buffet komplett sein.“

„We loved our 8 nights at this little boutique hotel on the south side of the Nuevo marina. The staff were terrific! Very helpful and super friendly. The restaurant in the hotel (Maizul) as well as many others nearby were excellent. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot. The hotel supplied us with towels, umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon at no charge. We would definitely stay here again. “
