„We had a fairly large group of 12 looking to explore SF and the Bay Area. The house is located in a safe area with pretty easy access to the bay bridge, bart, costco, Oakland airport, etc. We had tons of room to spread out and everything worked out great. We had a small hitch with the door code upon checkin, but the property manager was prompt with responding despite how late it was. We loved this property and would happily use it again if visiting SF or Oakland.“

My host Yolanda was awesome she's very helpful and friendly and I wish I could have met her in person. What I like most is safe parking spots in the neighborhood and the comfy bed. „The guesthouse is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, well-appointed, and non-fussy. The bed was comfortable, which is really all that mattered (to me). The shower was actually nice with body wash provided. While there is no sink (face basin), it is not that big a deal and, for me, wasn't be a deal breaker. I would absolutely stay there again. „This property was amazing! An event friendly space is all I’ve ever hoped for and this house delivered. The rooms were cozy and comfy, the bathrooms were cleaned and maintained well. The kitchen was straight forward with no issues. On arrival we did notice the house had a bit of a odor but opening windows and the screen door quickly resolved it. The backyard was also fantastic. „My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We found it to be cozy and the location is pretty and private feeling up in the pine trees. Parking, as in pretty much all locations in the Oakland Hills, is a little tricky, but the owners have come up with a pretty good solution (cones that you move to park and to reserve your spot when you leave).
