„The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.“

„Two things that aren’t obvious on the booking: 1. The Spa and Gym are not included in the price. These are an extra charge even though the description implies they are included. 2. There are no blinds/curtains in the room (they can’t be fitted because the building is listed). Eye masks are provided but if you’re a light sleeper then one to avoid. The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. "Schönes Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereiten Personen. Ein Tourmanager gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Leider hat es keinen Hopp-on, Hopp-off Bus mehr in Plymouth. Aber mit Bus 25 sieht man auch viel von dieser Stadt. Kostete nur 6 Pounds für einen ganzen Tag. Frühstück sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Abendessen war auch gut im Restaurant (oberster Stock) mit fantastischer Aussicht. "
