"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Sunrise Summit. The house was tastefully decorated and they included everything might need. All bases felt covered. The hot tub was a real treat, as was the fire pit. And the ambiance of the Edison bulb bistro lights around the yard was a nice touch. The house was very well situated not far from the lake that you can see at some angles. The side porch was awesome for morning coffee and evening drinks too! We highly recommend!" - Janae

"You know when you arrive somewhere and immediately wish you booked an extra night? That was this stay. The home is located in sweet little community with some central features like a lake and playground and easily walkable streets. The entry and arrival were so smooth and simple. The house was updated and tidy and felt cozy immediately. The fenced in yard was a HUGE plus as we had our pup and 2 young children. The kitchen and bath were super clean and the beds were new and met the approval of everyone. We loved having our breakfast on the deck/porch off the kitchen in the morning sun and even got to watch some deer stroll through the neighborhood. Getting Around:
Car, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be dirt or loose gravel, and they can be very icy or snow covered.

Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.

● This property can accommodate up to 6 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.


REGISTRATION:
Guests are REQUIRED to register with Stillwater Lakes Civic Association. We will send you a form to complete the registration.

Additional fees (optional) for Stillwater Lakes Civic Association community amenities access (summer only):
● Wristbands can be purchased at the community office upon arrival
● $5 per day for guests 10 and older
● No charge for guests under 10

Dog fee is $125 per dog. Note that booking platforms only charge 1 pet fee. Please let us know the breeds and how many dogs you will be traveling with so we can request the appropriate fees.

Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all of the amenities and facilities at Stillwater Lakes Civic Association.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ShopRite, Weis Market, ALDI, Wawa

We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
