„we booked 2 appartments Paid for 1 bedroom, got one room with 3 beds instead second appartment was 2 bedroom suit but no door separating bedroom from living room. I specifically asked for separate bedrooms. Pictures on hotels.ca is different than actual rooms Low ceiling, broken shower. Breakfast was ok early check out at 10 am instead of 11 or 12. cash only payments for city tax and no receipt issues by hotel. answer is we dont issue receipts. Maid are smoking in hallways“

„We had a really nice stay in Budva. The guesthouse was nice, comfortable and clean and the host was really helpful and nice. It was within walking distance to everything we needed, and it was really nice (and necessary) with air condition.
