VILLA TORRI - Villa Torri

Torri is a wonderful Villa made in a medieval tower of 1200.
The house (200square meters) is intimate and welcoming and it spreads over two floors and holds till 8 guests.
The entrance is independent and the large garden area, where the swimming pool is located, together with the equipped and private veranda, it offers the possibility of enjoy outdoor meals.
The typology of the house, its structure, the refined and elegant furnishings are elements that determine the particularity of the accommodation.
Located in the open countryside, it has no shared spaces but at the same time it is not isolated, being part of a small architectural complex,where you will have, therefore,
total privacy but at the same time you will not be totally isolated.
Positon: Set in open countruside but at the same time a few minutes from the center of Poggibonsi and only 10 minutes by car from San Gimignano.
Pets are welcome: the fenced garden can welcome them safely. There are 2 covered parking spaces for exclusive use.
In the garden you will find: chairs and table, wooden sun loungers complete with mattresses, private pool 4mtx8mt.
The house (180 square meters) is intimate and welcoming and is spread over two floors.
The entrance is independent and opens onto a large and bright living room with fireplace and to the perfectly equipped kitchen and dining room.
Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Possibility of adding two beds in the two double bedrooms for a total of 8 people.
Dogs are welcome and on request it is possible to have a domestic help and a chef in villa.

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage in außergewöhnlicher Location! Perfekt!
Wir haben zu dritt mit Hund in Torri sehr angenehme und erholsame Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Haus hält absolut, was die Beschreibung verspricht: Die Räumlichkeiten sind äußerst schick und stilvoll möbliert, wir haben in den komfortablen Betten super geschlafen und das angenehme, sehr gepflegte Ambiente wirklich sehr genossen. Der Swimmingpool und die Gartenanlage sind wirklich top! Alles perfekt sauber und von Vermieterseite bestens organisiert: Poolreinigung und Gartenpflege wurde zeitlich so gelegt, dass wir stets alle Annehmlichkeiten hatten und von den Arbeiten selbst nie etwas mitbekommen haben. Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren super! Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Sehr langsames Internet, der Router ist leider nicht up to date! Wir danken Graziella ganz herzlich für superschöne Urlaubstage und werden dieses Haus jederzeit gerne und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Amazing villa
We enjoyed our time staying in this amazing villa. So much character & beautiful architectural detail. Very spacious & private with relaxing backyard with pool. It was a quiet retreat away from the city. Several nice restaurants located within a 10 minute drive. I would totally recommend this villa & would love to return.

Our stay at Villa Torri was excellent. Francesca, founder and CEO of Best of Mas, the house's rental company was amazing to work with along with her team. The house itself was beautiful and nicely decorated. It was comfortable, easily accessible to the highway, yet far enough off the major roads to provide a quiet and relaxing stay. Villa Torri's location made it easy to access all of Tuscany. Francesca and the Best of Mas team helped us design a wine tour to our tastes, as well as providing services like a Welcome Dinner cooked by a chef on property for us, which was scrumptious and much appreciated after a full day of traveling. We truly enjoyed our time at Villa Torri and would not hesitate to return in the future. Many thanks to Sabrina (house rentals & catering) and Marta (concierge services) and especially to Francesco, our city and wine tour driver and guide, who made our day magical.

Grate way to see all of Tuscany!
Villa Torri was a great location for our family to be based in Tuscany. It is within easy reach of all of the major towns and attractions and very close to the town of Poggibonsi which has all the amenities you need. The villa is beautiful and well kept and easy to get to. We would definite stay again!

Une quinzaine de jours tres agreables dans cette maison avec piscine. Nos deux ados s'en sont donnes a coeur joie dedans car elle est grande et suffisamment profonde. What a wonderful week
A beautiful villa in a beautiful setting with everything that you need for the perfect getaway. An excellent location for Florence, Sienna and San Gimignano. A car is a must as you are outside of the town, but it is an absolute bonus to be able to visit the amazing restaurants that are scattered about the area. Back to the villa - it really is lovely and communication with the owner over a small problem was easy and rectified very quickly. Definitely recommend this villa for destination Tuscany!

This is an amazing place to spend time with your family and enjoy Tuscany. The property is a jewel that counts with all the facilities and the pool area is very nice. I only suggest to include the 200 euros within the overall charges and not as a separate payment.

It was totally diferente we expected
Apartment was exactly like on the pictures. Anyway we thought that this is a house not place with lots apartments in this case the price is too high. And what we didn’t like is that after our Staying they give us a bills to pay for electricity and so on. We didn’t knew about it And nobody said it for us before.

Great location for a visit to Tuscany region
This location is perfect for trips to San Gimignano and Sienna. Florence is 45 mins drive and Pisa about 1hr 15. The outside area is perfect for families and the interior is very Tuscan in style. No air conditioning so prepare to be hot in summer. Also payment for electricity and gas is something to be be factored in in to the overall stay as an additional cost. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend as long as you are prepared for the extras.

Perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday in a quiet area away from the tourists but very close to everything for super easy access. Beautiful furnishings and everything f you could possibly need. Très bel endroit subtilement décoré, cosy, déco chic et authentique allant jusqu aux couverts en argent. Bref, rarissime. Piscine superbe. Exterieur entretenu... cuisine typique, salon cosy, 2 chambres superbes. La 3e ayant des lits d une personne, un peu juste pour de grands ados. Les moins : pas de clim, nous y etions pendant un pic de chaleur debut aout, même si la maison garde le frais. Prevoir de laisser la caution en charges finales (électricité chère, frais de menage 150€...) Magnifique séjour, superbes souvenirs d une Toscane incroyable.

Fantastic experience in every way!
Wow, what can I possibly say? This was a beautiful property, tastefully decorated villa with all the possible amenities (immaculate garden, pool with lounge chairs, BBQ, fully stocked kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms and corresponding bathrooms), a gracious and welcoming hostess (Graziella) and superb staff (Ailin). My wife and I arrived with our dog and 9 month-old daughter, and everything was set-up for us, including crib. We had 4 family members visit us during our week long stay and it never felt crammed or busy. We enjoyed it so much, we may be back next year. I recommend this place highly.

Perfect Stay in a Wonderful House!
We stayed in February for one week at this most wonderful house. We can certainly recommend the property which is true to the description and pictures posted online. The owner, Graziella, made sure we were feeling at home during our stay, there was even a welcome package with local produce and wine, logs for the fireplace were also provided free of charge. Location, halfway between Sienna and Florence and close to San Gimignano, was ideal. What can we say? Top location, nice property, nice owners! Thank you Graziella for a wonderful stay we will never forget!
