„We really enjoyed the quiet and cleanliness of the property and the engaging personality of the host. An issue regarding the lack of heat in the unit was resolved the next day, after a frigid night, but could have been resolved sooner had we had a way to contact the host by phone. Unfortunately, we did not have phone signal in the unit (we did have WIFI for emails) but we could make calls from town, just down the hill from where the unit was located. „We really like Bolinas. The place is as advertized. Communication was slow, we had to call to find out how to check in. Communicatipn was however very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a vey quiet and a bit remote place, this is it.“

„We had a wonderful time in the house this past weekend. The place provides stunning views of Dillon Beach and even Tomales Bay. Every one of my guests were impressed with the location comfort of the place. The kitchen is very well equipped and roomie. The living room has ample space for relaxation. The fire place was a hit! We loved hanging out around it. Thank you for the unforgettable experience. “

„I have no concerns with the property it's a very pleasant place to stay with an awesome view of the ocean. This February we had very unusual warm weather it would be nice to have a fan to where we could get some air circulation 72 was not what I thought I was going to get but it did not take away from the quality place so either bring one if the weather is going to be super warm or perhaps one could be purchased and left in the downstairs closet.withawawesome awesome view of the ocean“

„My husband and I had our son and granddaughter staying with us. The access to the beach right out our door was so perfect for my sand loving, wave hopping preschooler!The kitchen was sufficient for our meals that were prepared as we went. It is within walking distance to downtown Stinson, where we enjoyed latte’s and treats. My son was able to crab fish right out our front door, and we were thrilled to be able to enjoy the fruit of his labor. Perfect!“

"Our 7-day's stay, with two adults and one teenager, at this beautiful location was excellent in every respect - very well equipped and maintained, very friendly contact to and care by Cherry (the landlord). We especially admired and valued the excellent condition of all kitchen equipment. The beach, the view, the comfort - a perfect place to relax!"
