„We stayed for 3 nights at Chalet Authentik. We couldn’t have been happier with the house and the location. We traveled with our own family of 5 and another family of four and there was more than enough space. In fact, we had an entire bedroom that wasn’t used. The kids all stayed downstairs and had a blast with the pool table, foosball and the arcade games. We enjoyed the hot tub every night, it was always sparkling clean. „Property was as advertised, beds comfortable, very clean on arrival. Spacious for our 10 adults and 6 children. Pool, hot tub and sauna checked daily by maintenenace crew. The host was very responsive to all questions. The only concern was that the lake access is not easy to get to, although we spent most of our time around the pool. Great location, family enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this as a spacious, clean place to stay! Host is very responsive to solve any issues.“

„What a fantastic treehouse surprise! Absolutely beautiful and truly in the forest but steps away from a lovely sauna and hot tub, and the nicest host even has four laying hens! The route we took included some 1-2km twisty dirt road and felt like a real adventure. We stayed here for a romantic birthday two night stay while taking an excellent blacksmithing course at nearby Vans Blacksmithing in Hawkesbury, and stayed another day for open forge time. „My family stayed here for 4 nights. We were blown away by the house which is very clean, well set up, and in an unbelievably beautiful woodsy setting next to a river. I mean right next to a river. We wish we could pick the whole thing up and put it down everywhere we want to travel. One warning: Montréal traffic is bad so the house is not great for visiting Montréal unless you give yourself a lot of time to get there.“

„Beautiful cottage about 15 mins from Lachute. Had a friend get together. The group loved all the different activities available on the property. A couple of notes that might help others... The floors are creaky as others have mentioned. Additionally we were not aware there is no drinking water on site, which is good to know in advance.“

„The house is beautiful and very private. It has everything you could want for a fun, relaxing vacation and interior is high class and outside is a large firepit and great dock to sit and enjoy the lake and chill.
