„There is no heat in this cabin, only a decorative gas stove that partially works. Thermostat on wall does nothing. Owner has a binder on table with instructions for lighting stove, but the stove does not actually provide any heat. I texted Wayne, the property manager and he said switch on back of stove circulates warm air and thermostat on wall regulates heat, wrong, neither one works. I did not stay and reported the issue to Vrbo and Vacasa, a refund was not issued because their policy states ...
