„Check in was seamless. One small chip in one of the mugs in the room - which was changed immediately. Food at the on site Bar/Cafe was very good and good prices. BUT there was a function on in the function room which our room - No7 - overlooked. The volume of music was so loud it at times exceeded the tv volume. If we we made aware of this on booking I would have had second thoughts about staying. Why could we have not had a room further away - there were party attendees that stayed in the hotel ...

„We spent a night there to catch an early Bristol flight. The hotel was really very nice and the staff exceptionally friendly, even though they were super busy with Christmas parties. On top of it, the our dinner there, aswell as breakfast were delicious. Everything was in top condition and looked like completely new, but worked as if they have many years of experience. Our bathroom was a bit small, but otherwise really great place!“

„Waren in einem Familienzimmer zu dritt untergebracht. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Autobahnraststätte. Verkehrsgünstig also in alle Richtungen. Wir hatten vier Nächte hier. Das Frühstück war british and very ok. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas abgenutzt und hat auch nur zwei Sterne. Wer nur zum Schlafen hier ist und Tagesausflüge nach Bristol, Cardiff oder Stonehenge macht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Zu viel Komfort sollte man nicht erwarten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. “
